Ich hatte einen Gutschein von Touridat für Hotel Stadt Milin in Mylau. Durch die ganze Coronageschichte wurde eine Buchung innerhalb der 3jährigen Gültigkeit verpasst. Der Gutschein lief im Dezember 2022 ab und ich versuchte im Januar 2023 zu buchen mit der Option, dass ich auch bereit sei einen Aufpreis zu bezahlen. Dies wurde knallhart abgelehnt mit der Begründung: Das ist ja ihre eigene Schuld ! Nach Rücksprache mit Touridat wurde mir bestätigt, dass der Preis des Gutscheins an das Hotel bezahlt worden ist und sie leider keinen Einfluss auf das Verhalten des Management haben. Somit habe ich einen Verlust von mehr als 200 Euro den das Hotel ohne Gegenleistung kassiert hat. Das tut einem Rentner sehr weh. Ich wünsche dieser üblen Dame die Pest an den Hals, soll sie an dem Geld ersticken. Im Übrigen hatte ich einen Gutschein vom Hotel Adler in Seeg im Lechtal in Österreich der schon über 3 Monate abgelaufen war und der ohne Aufpreis anerkannt wurde. Es gibt also auch noch ehrliche Hoteliers.
