Geldingsá Apartment

Ok, listed as Hotel and it is not a hotel. More an Airbnb. I rated Good/Ok. If you are on a tight budget this place is OK. We stayed for the 2 bedrooms so we each had some privacy. Arrived to a pillow missing a pillow case and the pillow with sweat marks from previous use, gross. Beds really hard, my guess, old mattresses, felt like a box sping. Couple of holes in the mattress cover. Door to large bedroom hits the bed upon opening. Seems they should rearrange the space. Hot water smells bad, can hear the upstairs unit flush. No kleenex, but all the other stuff if you are eating in. Hole in wall in hallway. Seems the owner is almost there to earn one more star. Dad manages it for son..so he told us. Most comfortable stay for us, NO. Looking to save dollars and can ignore the details, this is your place.

Lovely and spacious accommodation. Very clean and all amenities in place. Bonus of having a washing machine and drier which came in very handy! Hot tub was grwat, easy to use. Highly recommended.

This was such a comfortable place to stay for two nights. It was close enough to town that we could get the grocery, and restaurants. We liked that it had a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a wash and dryer. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend this property to other families.
