Horrible everything is very dirty cobwebs kitchen wall impregnated with grease stains dirty and black ventilation impossible to open the windows hammered with pigeon droppings! But where are the maintenance staff? Not to mention the smells of smokers at the entrance to the residence!

Seule avec des enfants, perdues dans Grenoble, l’hôtelier n’a manifesté aucune empathie, aucun savoir-vivre, aucune politesse. Les points négatifs : - pas de couverture sur la taie - Pas de draps propres - Vétusté robinetterie/wc - Garage vide inaccessible - Parking Philippeville : prix excessivement cher - Lit bas - Douche étroite ne pas être grand gros ou claustrophobe Les points positifs - grands appartements - autonomie - excellent plateau de petit déjeuner - kitchenette fonctionnelle - déco kitsch original pour ceux qui aiment

Une super expérience, long séjour très agréable. Résidence, très jolie et calme, bien située. Excellent rapport qualité prix... Le gérant et sa réceptionniste sont très gentils. Un excellent séjour !! Merciii 😊

Studio spacieux propre, mais vieillisant. Confort moyen, mais bon rapport qualité/prix. La porte fenetre donnant sur ce qui a été une terrasse à une époque ne peut plus se verrouiller, donc accès libre au studio par l'extérieur! Douche inutilisable, mitigeur hors d'usage. Ceci dit l'accueil a été très sympathique!

Je suis très déçu de cette établissement, l'état des chambres est lamentable, des tâches de sang sur le matelas, de la moisissure dans les douches, la poussière n'est pas faite,les terrasses extérieur ne sont pas nettoyé. Et faite attention avec la réceptionniste ne faîte surtout pas de paiement a distance elle risquerait de vous débiter plus que ce qu'elle vous annonce et de plus elle ne comprend rien au téléphone.

Super zentral. Leider kein Balkon, keine Aussicht. Das Zimmer im 4. Stock zum Innenhof war von Donnerstag auf Freitag sehr ruhig. Von Freitag auf Samstag fand im Innenhof eine Party statt. Auch nach Mitternacht 🕛 laute Musik und vom Rauchen schlechte Luft. Wir mussten die Fenster schliessen. Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren ok. aber auch nicht mehr. Das Badezimmer scheint sauber, ist aber bei genauem hinschauen schon lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt worden. Haare, Flusen usw. Die Duschkabine rostet vor sich hin… Die Betten sind tief ⬇️ unten. Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
