I am satisfy with the service of Aston Gresik hotel, the staff is very helpful and the front office do their job bery well. I strongly recommend to stay in Aston Gresik Hotel since the location is good and you may spend your time to shopping at the mall just besides the hotel

A good location, away from city but in the city. A mall just next door makes it more convenient. Spacious room, clean and comfortable.
Check in staff (two ladies) was great, quick and efficient. Check out was breeze (one male staff). Sorry I didn't get their names but all have been friendly.
Requested for clothes iron within minutes it was delivered, very fast service.
Buffet breakfast was plenty to chose. Staff very attentive. Had a great morning.

It's also good for the room offered, but with a quite expensive price, there is no Revil soap. and can only be a slice (no good), the thing that is very annoying when checking in is a question for how many people (The thing that should not be asked, want 1 or 2 people in the room yes No problem because there is already a standard maximal.2 person, order a single. Give a double only for 2 people
