The place is located in a beautiful setting, the castle, the outbuilding, the garden, the sports areas, everything has been carried out with the greatest care. Renovated in 2021, this castle hotel is the perfect place to stay in complete peace. Only its location is noteworthy, on the edge of the highway (but without noise in our room) and far from the lake.

Perfect! We are charmed by the place and the cuisine. The decor brings back memories: Doctor Brachay is watching over us! The welcome was very warm, the staff very available, helpful and smiling. The dishes were fine and delicious. The old engravings and antique books make us dream of sitting down in an armchair to discover them one by one. What a trip! Bravo to all! I highly recommend it.

as a couple on Saturday evening, for a single menu at 65 euros...it's a surprise menu with little "appetizers" between the main courses. we had a meat and a fish dish, very well served, good flavors, quite happy with all our plates....until the dessert was not at all up to the menu: a rum baba!!! while it's still summer and there are surely seasonal fruits...shame. very warm welcome, impeccable service, correct quantity. very good evening, just this dessert which really spoils the finale...

We often used to have family meals at Château Brachet, we returned there on August 25th and it was not our disappointment when the presentation of the plates contained very limited one single menu for the aperitif we were used to several appetizers, only one reduced to a teaspoon and the same with the coffee fruit jellies whereas before petits fours and chocolate .... the portion of fish on the plate very very small the vegetables with the meat not cooked tasteless too bad for a menu at 65 € I regret not having taken photos and not having said anything at the time to get an explanation I hope to return there and be pleasantly surprised again as we were each time otherwise too bad for them.

We joined our daughters who were staying in your hotel and given the magnificent setting we headed to your restaurant. It was unacceptable to be offered only a starter, a main course (that day venison was impossible for us instead of pasta with water with 4 morels supposedly in cream) and a dessert. Meal without flavor, limited quantity in the dishes, no choice. Very disappointed 😞
