The apartments are stylishly furnished, modern, and comfortably furnished. Balconies face the water. They're also great for families.

Beautiful resort with careless service We have been coming to the Beech Resort Boltenhagen for years because the resort is truly beautiful and has a fantastic location. Unfortunately, we had a few unpleasant experiences this time that marred the overall impression. Upon arrival, we found a moldy plate in the dishwasher in our apartment. We took it to reception, where they politely apologized and brought us some replacement dishes – we had to clean the dishwasher ourselves, which we hadn't expected at this price level. Two days later, in the evening, we suddenly found shower gel, two bottles of water, and a juice in the accommodation. At first, we thought this was compensation for the moldy plate. However, when we asked, we were told it was due to a transposed number in the room number – that was a rather unfortunate situation. The buffet and the food in general were once again excellent. Big praise goes to the friendly and helpful service staff and the chefs – you can see their real commitment here! What we did find critical, however, was that during our stay, window cleaners came into the apartment unannounced – including from the inside. This isn't a good solution, especially if you're not there and the dog is alone in the room. Advance notice would have been absolutely necessary. Another point of criticism concerns the surcharge for the dog: Our small dog (3 kg) cost a total of €210 for 6 nights – €25 per night plus €60 for final cleaning. We consider this excessive and not really justified. Conclusion: The location, the food, and the many staff members are truly great – but service, cleanliness, and communication have deteriorated significantly. We sincerely hope that the resort returns to its former strength.

It was a great stay. The entire complex is very clean and tidy and just right for a family with small children. The view from the apartment is incredibly beautiful.

The view was simply stunning—so close to the water. Wonderful... The apartment was super nice and everything was clean—and everything at the resort was fantastic. Couples can feel at home here—and families with children have so many options...

The welcome was very warm and all our special requests (high chair, fall protection, changing mat, diaper pail) for our toddler were fulfilled and were already in the apartment upon arrival. The apartment was very clean, with a great view and balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. Our request for an extra duvet and sheets was fulfilled immediately. We were helped professionally with a list of doctors. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra toilet, and the curtains were great for darkening the room and had heat insulation. There are handcarts for transporting luggage, etc., and the complex is car-free. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with everything your heart could desire, from omelets to fish, sausage, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. For our next stay, we would like to have protectors for every electrical outlet. The pillows were too soft and, unfortunately, very lumpy. Conclusion: We'll be back!

Great facility with comfortable beds. Excellent service at reception and in the restaurants. Very friendly lifeguards and a good aquafit program. The apartment is well-equipped. There's a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen could use a bit more equipment.
