"Overall it wasn't a bad stay and the staff members were always really responsive which was great. Location was also good. Good walking distance to many cafes and even a few good parks for the kids. However, in our room there were a few stains on the towels. blankets & sheets and noticeable finger marks on the back of the kitchen that just make the place feel not entirely clean. There was also no baking tray, tongs and egg flipper (spatula) in the kitchen which defeated the whole purpose of having a kitchen to cook with. We did ask for some more utensils during our stay and we got just the egg flipper. The air conditioner also did not work in one of the rooms which meant it was FREEZING during the night and we ended up dragging the matresses out in the lounge room to sleep each night to stay warm. It also was never explained that housekeeping only came every 3 days. On day 2 we had to ask when our room would be cleaned/ bins would be emptied / more toilet paper etc and only then we were notified a service happens every 3 days. Once we asked, house keeping came straight away and replaced towels/emptied bins etc so the response was great but I don't feel like we ever had our room formerly cleaned during our 4 night stay. "
