"I paid for my son and his partner to have Valentine’s Day dinner here ($298 for a 6 course meal for them both) there was an extremely long wait (over 2 hours) between the first few courses (one course was missed in between these two) and when they asked to get the rest take away, as they had been waiting for over 3 hours at this point, they were made to pay again for the prepaid meal! When they showed proof that it was already paid for, they were treated very rudely, mocked and laughed at, but told a refund would be processed to their card. 4 days on and the refund has not been processed so we paid close to $500 for a below average meal that was missing 2 courses and terrible service! After calling again today regarding the non refund, have been told to contact the bank. Appalling service."
