The place was very relaxing, posh and beautiful. The food was amazing. They let you rent bikes for free for 3 hours. Cool pool. Just the location is a bit far off the city centre. Ideal if you drive. The room was very comfortable.

Overall a good hotel. Not new at all, but service is good. Food is quite varied and good. Nice pool. Beach is nearby (10 minutes).

This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff is unhelpful and rude, the rooms are dirty, and the amenities are nonexistent. We had constant issues with our room and the food was atrocious. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs!

If it was possible to give this hotel -1 star It would be the perfect fit. This whole place is tragedy altogether with the staf If I could give this hotel -1 star, it would be too generous. This place is an absolute nightmare, and the staff is a disgrace. Last year, same time, same place, we were blown away by the staff and atmosphere—it felt like a true 4-star hotel. This year? A complete disaster from the moment we arrived. We booked an all-inclusive package and, after a grueling 16-hour drive, arrived at the hotel at 6:00 AM. We knew we couldn’t check in that early but asked for an early check-in at noon, which they had the nerve to charge 40 euros for. We waited for the pool to open at 9:00 AM to get some rest. When lunch started, my fiancé took a small portion of salad, and some lady rudely told us we couldn't eat before checking in. We had already checked in, but our room wasn’t cleaned, so we didn’t have our keys and bracelets yet. That was just day one. The food is disgusting, the rooms are filthy, and the toilet was clogged. Later, some staff member had the audacity to approach us at the pool, saying we couldn’t smoke poolside and couldn’t drink from plastic glasses. He spouted some nonsense about France being all about rules, and while smoking on the terrace isn’t legally allowed, they would 'let' us do it. Seriously? I will never, ever return to this dump, and I advise everyone to stay far away from this awful place. Calling this hotel 4-star is a complete joke.

We had a junior suite and this was nice and renovated. It was clean and quiet too and the terrasse comfortable. Not sure why we had a dishwasher and no sink nor dishes in the kitchen corner. Bathroom is so tiny that nearly impossible to shower for heavy built people. Food was industrial and horrible. Staff is great and has a lot of patience too.

A perfect hotel where everything is meticulously planned to ensure guests have everything they need. I can only give this hotel and the reception staff a 10 out of 10; they demonstrate extraordinary kindness... thank you again for this wonderful stay.

You can definitely tell things have changed, which is a shame. Dirty tables, they close at 1 p.m. for meals 😡 before it was at least until 1:30 p.m.... less choice of food... paid parking per day... anyway, I'm used to coming here, the really nice thing is the welcome, a super young girl....

We had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend. Thank you to all the staff (rooms, restaurant, reception) for your professionalism and hospitality. They were always smiling and attentive to our guests. The proximity to the beach is a real bonus, as are the takeaway meals included in the all-inclusive package.

Photos are not contractual, disappointing arrival with no information about the noisy construction work opposite the hotel during our stay. The hotel is outdated, with little maintenance of the grounds, including the golf and tennis courts (which are not maintained), not to mention the equipment provided… (Bicycles in poor condition with flat tires and brakes that need checking). The room was poorly soundproofed, the access to the bathroom and toilet was too small, and the housekeeping left much to be desired… dust was not removed during our one-week stay. The buffet was adequate but lacked variety and access was difficult due to overcrowding and insufficient seating. Prices are far too high for the quality of services offered!

The location is magnificent. The restaurant staff are efficient and very friendly. The restaurant, both inside and out, is always clean.

The all-inclusive concept with packed lunches is a real plus. Dogs are welcome! The entire establishment is spotless. The rooms are spacious and bright, with outdoor space. Everything you could need is there, and the welcome was fantastic. Only the bar and restaurant area is a bit small if the weather isn't cooperating. Excellent value for money with the special offer. A must-do!

After visiting several Sowell resorts (Camargue, Ardèche, Saint-Gervais-les-Bains), I thought I knew the recipe. But here… they must have forgotten a few ingredients. Oddly enough, they offer free entry for children up to 11 years old… haha, hilarious! It reminds me of those ads where you're the product when it's free. A great social experience for parents who also want a break: no entertainment, no games room, no relaxation area. The only "chill corner" is the bar, which barely fits in a student studio apartment where you have to share two sofas with the enthusiastic newcomers. As for food, prepare yourself for the unique experience of the participatory buffet: in the evening, you have to queue for at least 30 minutes to get your food ration, under the watchful eye of a woman who guards the entrances like a national treasure. If you have young children, well… what, get them to do yoga. The tables are packed so tightly you can really feel the price per square meter in Saint-Tropez. And then, the highlight of the show: the bottled water! Yes, this 4-star hotel will give you the thrill of negotiating to get… two small 50cl bottles. After that, you can earn a master's degree in negotiation. The "all-inclusive" of Port Grimaud. 😅

My third visit to Port Grimaud, but what a surprise this year! Parking was €15 per day, which comes to €105 per week. Definitely the last time for me! Otherwise, the service remains the same. Some of the family rooms have been refreshed and are more comfortable. Thanks to Alexandra, Charlotte, Pauline, and Alexia in the restaurant, as well as Theo at the bar, for their kindness. There's also a lack of space in the restaurant; luckily, some people can eat on the terrace when the weather is nice.

The establishment has a lot of potential but it deserves a thorough renovation, particularly in the bathrooms. The traffic is not fluid, the restaurant is too small, everyone is jostling. There is no pleasant indoor space to settle down. The pool furniture (deckchairs and parasols) are almost all damaged and unusable, even dangerous. The environment around the hotel is completely neglected. The golf course and tennis courts are not at all maintained and therefore useless. I am very disappointed with my stay, especially since no one was kind enough to get back to me after I reported a forgotten and geolocated item in the room I had occupied. This is simply dishonest. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
