Garden & City les Bastides de Grimaud ★★★
"Well located, welcoming, reasonably priced and clean site. Nothing to complain about, I will definitely come back next year. Too bad the studio only has a sofa and no bed, that's the only criticism I have. THANKS."
Le Suffren Hôtel ★★★★
"Great location, close to many restaurants, one view point and the beach. Super nice and helpful staff"
Sowell Residences les Perles du Golfe de Saint-Tropez ★★★★
"The hotel environment was decent, and the room was fairly spacious. Upon checking in, I noticed the sheets and duvet cover were folded separately, and the comforter insert was on its own. I assumed room service had forgotten to put them on, so I went to the front desk. The front desk staff said, "We don't put on sheets and duvet covers for guests; you'll have to do it yourselves..." I was speechless. The last time I put on my own duvet cover was 15 years ago at a hostel in Sweden. I've never seen anything like it; I've never encountered such poor service at a hotel costing over a thousand yuan a night, with a swimming pool and golf course. Unbelievable."
Hotel le Verger Maelvi ★★★★
"I found the hotel by chance. Unfortunately, I only stayed two days. It's an oasis of peace in the middle of a park. The service is particularly friendly. A stay like staying with friends. The room and bathroom are new. The beds are comfortable. I'll be back."
Villa des Delices ★★★
"The hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was top Thanks to Jacques and Marie for their kindness and simplicity A good moment with genuine people to small care to satisfy us Thanks soon ☺️"
Château Rose Golfe de Saint Tropez-Grimaud ★★★★★
"Hôtel Château Rose was one of the most memorable stays of our trip through France. With only 18 rooms and suites, the hotel feels intimate and personal rather than resort-like. The views across the Gulf of Saint-Tropez are beautiful, and the entire property is filled with expressive art, sculptures and unexpected design details. Even the extraordinary mosaic swimming pool feels like a work of art. The greatest strength, however, is the team. From the moment we arrived, everyone welcomed us with genuine warmth. Requests were handled with care, preferences were remembered, and the service felt attentive without becoming formal. We were upgraded to a spacious, light-filled room with a large balcony and views towards Saint-Tropez and Port Grimaud. The view could be enjoyed directly from the bed, the room was calm and comfortable, and the pillows were outstanding. The Lavazza coffee in the room was also much better than the usual hotel coffee experience. Breakfast was excellent. The selection was thoughtful, the fried eggs were possibly the best we had in France, and both regular coffee and iced coffee were prepared exactly as requested. The rooftop is another highlight. The sunset view is spectacular, and the combination of art, colour, music and open sky creates a glamorous but relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is not adults-only, but during our stay we saw only two children, and neither affected the atmosphere. It came remarkably close to delivering the calm, grown-up environment we look for. One small issue: on Sunday after lunch, the pool became busy enough that resident guests could not find a place for approximately an hour. We believe hotel guests should have protected access to loungers during busy summer weekends. That did not change our overall impression. Château Rose combines beauty, calm and genuine human warmth, and we would very happily return."
Hotel Villa des Anges ★★★
"Passing through Grimaud, we were looking for a hotel and found this one. The room overlooked the garden with a view of a dead palm tree. The room smelled damp. It was impractical, with few electrical outlets. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired—we wonder how. There were cobwebs. Absolutely avoid this place!"
La Pierrerie ★★★
"The Pierrerie, a wonderful place! Absolutely recommended. Great, very clean and comfortable swimming pool. Top breakfast"

Maison Prestige Saint Tropez by Roberto Geissini
"The stay was overall pleasant. The facility is very beautifully designed, maintained and quietly located – ideal for relaxation. However, there are some points that should be improved. Since it is a geisen hotel, it would be desirable if even broadcasters like RTL 2 could be received – that was unfortunately not the case. The service at the pool was disappointing: We ordered a bottle of wine and had to wait about 45 minutes despite the fact that there were little guests. The organization at the reception left to wish. A restaurant was reserved for the dinner, but when we arrived there at the agreed time it was closed. We were not informed about it and then had to take care of an alternative. It would also be useful to place mounting nets on the windows. They missed, which is why we could not open the windows. Another criticism is the prices that we consider significantly excessive. One bottle of geisser wine costs about EUR 49 (i.e. about EUR 8 per bottle) in the shopping mall, while in the hotel or restaurant 35 EUR per bottle is required – this is a multiplier of the usual price."
Résidence Pierre & Vacances les Parcs de Grimaud
"We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The location is fantastic – very close to the beach, which made everything easy and relaxing. The swimming pool was a real highlight: large, very clean, and well maintained, with a separate shallow area that’s perfect for young children. There was plenty of parking available, and the whole complex felt well looked after and tidy. The bar/restaurant was also good, with a nice atmosphere. The only downside for us was the service at times. We felt some of the staff came across a bit rude, possibly due to the language barrier as we don’t speak much French. It would have been helpful if there was more patience or support for non-French speakers. Also, visiting out of season meant there was no reception available, just a contact number, which wasn’t ideal. Overall though, it was a positive experience and we would definitely stay again."
Residence Les Restanques du Golfe de St-Tropez
"Our experience at this resort was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing. We were travelling as a family with two teenagers and one young child, looking forward to enjoying the water facilities, which are advertised as one of the resort's main attractions. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Our teenage daughters were not allowed to use the water slides because they were considered "too old". What was particularly surprising was that we saw several adults going down those very same slides with their children, so the rules appeared to be applied inconsistently. If there are genuine safety or weight restrictions, they should be enforced equally for all guests. They were also not allowed to use the jacuzzi because they were considered too young. As a result, they were left with access to little more than the main swimming pool, meaning that most of the facilities were effectively unavailable to our family. In addition, several of the lifeguards were discourteous and far from customer-friendly. Rather than explaining the rules politely or trying to help, their attitude was unnecessarily rude on several occasions. Finally, the treatment we received from Charlotte at reception was equally disappointing. After we checked out, we were accused of not returning a second key that we firmly maintain was never given to us at check-in. Despite this, we were charged €75 without our version of events being properly considered and without any evidence being provided. We consider the handling of this situation to have been highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Another major issue was communication. Almost no one on the staff was able to speak any language other than French. For an international holiday resort that welcomes guests from many different countries, we found this very surprising and disappointing. It made communication unnecessarily difficult throughout our stay and significantly affected our overall experience. Overall, this was a very negative experience. The resort has potential, but the poor customer service and the way issues are handled mean that we cannot recommend it and certainly do not intend to return."
