Nice hotel but terrible location. The cathedral facing seems to be the meeting place for the local drunks. The noise was terrible and the police were called on all 3 nights. Such a shames as the hotel and staff were lovely

Room was ok . Very warm day . Windows in room wound only open about 3 inch’s . No air conditioning! . Room got to hot to stay in so left after 1 hour . Ruined my evening completely. Had to return home . Would really like a refund . Overpriced for what it is .

The room is very old and the facilities are poor. The toilet and shower facilities are very old, the table is very small, and the details of hygiene need to be strengthened. Parking is ample and free.

the hotel is nice enough but it looks unloved chipped paint the dinning room carpet was filthy and they had a xmas party for twenty people it looked dreadfull

This hotel is in really bad condition and very old. The owner has made no attempt to update.
The food was terrible, probably the worse breakfast ever.

This hotel is reasonably priced and clean. The room I stayed in was tired looking and carpet threadbare in places but it was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. The room was nice and cosy.
Bathroom again tired but very clean. Stayed for work purposes so did not visit the restaurant but wold definitely stay again.
Reception staff were great and welcoming, smooth check in

A little dated but clean comfortable and warm (it snowed during our stay)
Grimsby Minster was an added bonus, lovely and peaceful in the square.
