The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Everyone wore a smile as they greeted us. The location is great and the view of the mountains is unbeatable. Will definitely be staying here again on our trip back! Shuttle service is super convenient (Joao was great and unmatched driver) getting to and from hotel/station.

Facilities: normal Hygiene: normal Environment: Halfway up the mountain in the small town of Grindelwald, the environment and scenery are amazing Service: The service is pretty good among the hotels I have stayed in in Switzerland. Highly recommended. Will come again if I have the chance!

A very good experience. The hotel is facing a mountain stream and is built like a traditional wooden house. The waiters are all dressed in traditional costumes and provide very enthusiastic and good services.

Lots of space, amazing views, beds were a little small, unfortunately we had flies in the property. But heaps of cooking utensils, plates - felt like home.

The apartment is outdated and the room is old. Breakfast is the best thing - Linda the staff is the best. Area is easy walk to the main attraction and convenient Overall probably won’t stay again due to the room condition.
