First checking in, the gentleman was very friendly and kind. After getting settled in the room it was nice. However, you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Upon asking for more towels there were no bath towels left due to being short staffed. Additionally the cleaning staff were exceptionally loud in the morning and had woken me up.

Bad experience with this hotel! not good insulation in the room, we got a room facing the highway and a ice machine by the hallway. Gaps are around the door. We can hear people talking and loud ice falling. We can’t get much sleep in the first night. The front desk wouldn’t let us switch to different rooms due to missed room cleaning time. They only clean the room after check out in the morning. We have been to another hotel in the area before, no noise issues. Also the bed sheets were scratches due to washed to many times. Not going to stay here next time!

My husband and I stay hear once or twice a year and we always come back because of how well kept the facility is. The rooms are very modern looking and set up well, with enough places to unpack all of our clothing. The staff is always great as well!

The computers were down when I was checking in but Mateo made checkin smooth nonetheless and found a solution. Very kind and can offer good local recommendations! Wonderful room.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay here. Super clean, doesn’t smell at all. Great atmosphere, bed was super comfortable. Shower was incredible
