First of all, they don't distinguish the second floor from the first, they indicated the wrong one. We arrived, they gave us the gate opening controller, we parked the car in the yard, in front of our colleagues' parked cars, Situation - we were on an excursion, the girls at the reception called several times and asked us to move the car. I explained that it doesn't bother anyone, because the gate opens (another colleague arrived after us with a car), no one was blocked, the answer was that it was the BOSS's order. We returned to the hotel, I asked the girls at the reception if the car was bothering you, the answer was "no, it doesn't bother, but it was the boss's order, he doesn't like it". We pay for few nights, and the boss doesn't like the parked car!!! We had to leave the yard, after a while another car arrived - everything was fine with it. This is my advice - run away and skip this this hotel if don’t want to spoil your stay in Liepaja, avoid inadequate boss, there are definitely better hotels in Liepaja.
