Hotel Terme Marine Leopoldo II Terme & Spa
"The advantage is that the online introduction is very high-end and has a swimming pool and spa. The disadvantage is that the room configuration is very low, there is no carpet, the small TV is on the side, and the toiletries provided in the bathroom are disposable... very low It means a resort hotel. I don’t want you to spend time in your room. When you arrive, you can go to the beach, swim in the pool, or go to the spa..."
Gitavillage le Marze
"Nice camping ground, not overcrowded and with a bit slower pace as bigger ones in northern Italy, what we really enjoyed. The animation Team was great and very friendly, so are their shows. We stayed in a mobile home superior. Everything necessary was included and very clean."
Fattoria la Principina Hotel & Congress
"Let me start by saying - i enjoyed it for 3 nights maximum, would not have stayed longer but would also consider coming back. My husband was/is less keen as there is not much to do onsite and you must go out for daytrips. I loved the gym for weight training and cardio! i liked the food options although the service was super slow on our first night (over an hour for our Primi and then...they forgot the Primi and brought the secondi...and then the Primi. Shambles! but it was not repeated the second night :) Quality was good of dinner and breakfast - both were included for us. Drinks super overpriced, even water! Pools were nice. Farm was nice to visit with my toddler and there was a nutella party. Rooms were good. There was no way to book the grill place...t was always fully booked... Checkout was flexible on timing which was super helpful for us with a kid. the pool bar was cash only...which meant we couldnt have coffee / food unless we had cash (which we did not)."
Ricci Hotel - Marina di Grosseto
"What happened this morning with a reservation at the Ricci hotel in Marina di Grosseto. This is the email I sent to the hotel. “I'm here to write about a truly unpleasant episode that happened today. I kindly ask that this email be read to the director. This morning around h. 1.00 pm I was sent a quote for a room for 1 adult and 2 children to be confirmed and paid by Friday 11th, therefore it is assumed that it will be by 12.00 am - At 3.00 pm I call to ask for the details to make the bank transfer and I am told that the room was given away. It's shocking how certain things can happen. I only know that a mother with two children being treated so badly is unthinkable. It is not possible that due to an error by an imprecise and unprofessional employee a mother and her two children should lose out who, among other things, are already experiencing an unpleasant situation at home due to a separation and now must also be treated with snobbery from what is said to be one of the best hotels in Marina di Grosseto. He reminded you that we have also been your customers for years. Such behavior is very unprofessional.""
Hotel Nuova Grosseto
"Location is perfect when traveling by train as it’s right next to the Grosseto station. You can also get to the city center (main Piazza) within 10-15mins of walking. The room was spacious for a solo traveler like myself. Just note that they don’t provide dental amenities (toothpaste & toothbrush). Otherwise the amenities are great, and the shower area is big too. The front desk staff are friendly and tried their best to communicate to me in English. There is a lift so don’t worry about huge suitcases. Breakfast spread is great and huge shoutout to the friendly staff/barista Raimona (hope I spelled it correctly) for amazing coffee and always greeting with a big smile on the mornings!"
Maestrale Resort Hotel - Grosseto
"This hotel is very good, the price is very high, the breakfast is very rich, the front desk service is very warm, the room is good, the facilities are also very good, in short, it is a good value for money hotel."
Hotel I Crespi
"Excellent for what it needs to do. We needed a hotel for the night and the hotel is conveniently located on a main road that connects Grosseto. Hotel with parking, rooms that are adequate, even with a terrace. Friendly staff and varied breakfast. From the hotel to the center it is a few minutes by car."
Grand Hotel Bastiani
"The hotel itself is decent and the staff is nice. Breakfast is very good but the hotel is located into a low traffic zone and it's hard to park and the ac cannot be adjusted forcing you into a 15 degrees celsius freeze. The nightmare began after writing a 5 star review on booking. 10 min after writing it I got contacted on my mobile by an unregistered number, claiming to be from the hotel threating me of a fine for a cigarette mark on the carpet if not removed (neither me nor my wife smoke). After contacting booking customer service the issue escalated and I started to receive intimidating messages on wa to the point of having to block them. Scary to say the least. Save yourself sleepless nights and book somewhere else."

Agriturismo il Laghetto
"My wife, my two dogs (welcome in every area of the Agriturismo) and I recently spent two nights in this wonderful Agriturismo. Beautiful place that I can easily define as one of the best structures we have ever stayed in, clean, comfortable, relaxing and I could easily add many other compliments. The owners are exquisite people, we met the owner, his wife and his son, all very kind people. The breakfast prepared, including the many cakes, by the owner's wife is spectacular, abundant and delicious. It's a shame the restaurant, during this period, was closed, but we will certainly have the opportunity to try it the next time we return ...... and yes guaranteed we will definitely return. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you."
Residence Il Boschetto - Villa Con Piscina
Fattoria San Lorenzo
"Our stay was great! Isaacco and his team are great hosts. The location is perfect to explore Maremma by bike. After cycling a dip in one of the pools, followed by regional great dinner. Sometimes you encounter Deers and Rabbits What else?!"
Agriturismo Al Vermigliano
Fattoria Maremmana
"I wanted to give my husband four days of relaxation for his birthday, but the most important need for us is that before we can feel good, our three furry little girls must feel good. The location is dog-sized, comfortable rooms all with private garden, immense dog area and swimming pool dedicated to them.. but not only that, excellent breakfast, super aperitifs by the pool and excellent restaurant.. friendliness and kindness.. I highly recommend both for those who have and for those who don't have a furry friend. .we will return"
Hotel Granduca Spa & Parking
"Hotel in a peripheral position, with a large car park. The rooms need to be renovated, the shower is very small and poorly functioning, the breakfast is sparse and of low quality. I don't know how it has 4 stars, it's not worth the money, I don't recommend it."
Tenuta dei Principi
Antica Fornace Relais by la Principina
Albergo San Lorenzo
"We arrived at 11pm and the person who attended to us did not know how to check in, so he asked us to leave our personal documents there until the next day. We politely explained to him that we preferred not to leave them and that he should please make a photocopy. He, although annoyed and rude, did so. When we got to the room we saw that 6 metres from our window there was a crane truck more than 20 metres high and 30 metres long, so I went down to reception to ask what time the works started in the morning. "At 7 in the morning," he told me. I asked him to change our room and very upset he called his manager by phone to tell him literally "we have a problem, there is a lady who complains about everything. First, she did not want to leave me the documents and now she says that there is a crane in front of her room. I do not know what to do with her. I can't take it anymore!!" He handed me the phone and the person in charge told me that we could change to a room with a different orientation and on another floor. When I hung up I told the receptionist and he replied "absolutely not! You heard my boss, either the room you have or you leave! Besides, you have to leave me the documents or pay right now." We paid and went to sleep with our eyes wide open... so as not to argue with a person who we understood was not capable of having a "normal" conversation. The room was 30°C, there was a lot of noise during the night, we fell asleep from sheer exhaustion at about 2 in the morning... The typical nightmare of choosing between "open window, with noise or frozen air conditioning." At 7:30 in the morning there was a crane in motion, with floors, engine, with workers shouting, moving materials... with a window from the 60s closed with the same soundproofing as a cigarette paper. Otherwise, cardboard sheets, together with the heat, were a nightmare, tacky seventies decor, and a meager breakfast. The good: the coffee was from a machine (but this is de rigueur in all of Italy), it was very clean, the bathroom was new and the water came out very well. The antipodes of welcoming. Above all, the treatment was VERY UNPLEASANT. We continued our vacation exhausted, looking forward to a nap."
Agriturismo Bio San Mamiliano
Agriturismo Sweet Cottage
"Experience above every expectation,,,,all perfect, super cocktailed and all the staff of the structure is to be praised for availability and gentleness"
