The area was not safe, the parking was too small, they woke us up twice to move our vehicle. They charged me more for taxes upon arrival! The taxes they charged me was more than what I paid for the hotel! I thought I had paid everything through ******* but when I arrived they said I still had to pay for taxes! NOT GOOD!

The staff was effecient and accommodating. Upon check in the lady at reception kindly helped me with my luggage. At checkout another lady called a taxi for me. The staff did an excellent job. The room was clean, spacious and well located. Enjoyed my stay.

This is the second time I stay here. Actually, I left my other hotel during Ester Sunday due to their AC not working and I felt comfortable, safe and the staff is amazing

It’s a clean modern hotel with very helpful staff. The strange thing is there are no blankets on the bed and a 100 peso deposit is required for one.

A little bit scary There was a drunk man passed out in the entrance when we arrived! We had to leave a deposit for the remote and for a blanket! The staff at the reception are not very friendly. Will not return.

This was a great location for us to stay overnight when using the bus from the airport on arrival and the bus to Ajijic the next day.

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a friendly and attentive staff. The elegant ambiance made for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect – close to public transportation and plenty of shopping options. Highly recommended!"
