Dongsheng Lizhou Garden Hotel

The breakfast was plentiful, the location was very convenient, and the underfloor heating was very comfortable. Environment: The environment was great, and there was also a restaurant, which was very convenient. Facilities: The facilities were complete. Service: The service was excellent; everyone was there to greet you. Cleanliness: Very clean!

First, let's talk about the service: The front desk provided two servings of fruit upon check-in and asked if I needed a late-night snack. Since I hadn't eaten, the room attendant brought me noodles – a very thoughtful touch! The hotel environment is the best in Guanxian County. This is my second stay here, and the room's smell, temperature, bedding, and shower were all extremely comfortable, satisfying even my notoriously picky palate. The breakfast was quite substantial; I highly recommend the Lingzhi noodles. Furthermore, the hotel upgraded me to a suite this time, which felt incredibly worthwhile, and the experience was exceptionally good – a big plus! In short, five stars, highly recommended!

This time, I accompanied my wife's family back to our hometown, Guanxian, to pay respects to our ancestors. We booked three rooms at this hotel through Ctrip, and we were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The hotel service was professional and attentive; they were responsive to all our requests. Weiwei at the front desk was very welcoming and provided thoughtful service. The entire guest room area was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the surrounding area was quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and had unique flavors. We also had dinner once; the cooking was excellent, the dishes were diverse, and the price was great. The restaurant environment was also nice. What we appreciated most was that every staff member we encountered greeted us proactively. This really made our family feel warm and welcome. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into training, cultivating the professionalism and competence of all staff. A sincere thumbs up! I hope the hotel continues to improve and get even better! 🤗 We'll definitely stay at your hotel again next time we're back in our hometown. Thank you again to all the hotel staff who served our family; thank you so much for your hard work! 🌹🌹🌹 Thumbs up! 👍👍👍
