1、廣南縣城位於丘陵地帶，有起伏，酒店位置較高。 2、本酒店是新收購、再裝修的酒店，地圖上還有老酒店名稱，部分設施利舊。電梯4層，按下行按鈕，有一電梯向上燈亮，電梯內樓層按鍵邊上標識：“建身房”，3層“露台”刷門禁卡去不了，一樓大堂的全自動咖啡機LCD屏上LOGO為“全季酒店”。 3、前往壩美景區，先前查到廣南3路，老客運站—電信局—縣住建局—特安吶—新客運站—...—西松—法利（壩美）—八達（延伸），票價6元/人，每小時一趟車；也有客運站的班車，10元/人。本人實踐“旅遊直通車，直達壩美景區”：老汽車客運站→三小→煙草公司→民中→ 新客運站→...→壩美景區→...→八達。1、車頭車尾顯示：“廣南-壩美景區-堂上”，沒有公交車標識。金龍空調大巴，到壩美景區車資5元，可上車微信付款，收費單位是廣南通達農村運輸有限責任公司。 4、酒店前台熱情查詢前往壩美景區的公共交通，但也是在地圖APP上查到廣南3路，要前往縣住建局站或新客運站上車，不知道有這班車，本人認為這是本酒店的重要賣點之一。煙草公司站，距本酒店最近，步行3分鐘即可；班車早7點起整點半點發車，約4分鐘到煙草公司站。 5、吐槽當地，金龍大巴好於農村交通普遍配置，文旅部門與景區應有大筆投入，可惜宣傳這趟班車有限，各大旅遊網站也未知，衹在2022年底“元旦假期，壩美旅遊有優惠”的網頁中猜到（https://www.ccwb.cn/web/info/20221230231327RL61BK.html），煙草公司站沒有任何標識。 6、達壩美景區站是盲腸站，客車在此折返，在壩美景區站上車前一定要問司機是去哪裡的，司機默認當地語言；返程是過路車，非整點半點，須人等車。
