Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, with patient and meticulous service, explaining breakfast times and facilities in detail. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had no strange odors and was well-stocked with amenities. The room's soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients, and staff promptly refilled items and cleared tables. When I called housekeeping for extra items, they were delivered very quickly. Hotel security was top-notch, and public areas were clean and tidy. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was pleasant, with thoughtful and attentive service. The value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips and highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

I'm the kind of person who spends most of the year 'living' in hotels. I have a clear benchmark in my mind for Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Marriott, Sheraton, etc., and I rarely give a full five-star rating easily. This time, I stayed at SAHO from September 14th to 15th due to my itinerary, and it was two days where I felt truly taken care of. First, the people. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, the manager naturally greeted me, offered tea, and confirmed my room type preference, without any mechanical, rehearsed dialogue that creates distance. From check-in to check-out, from the front desk to the butler service, the response was prompt and considerate—they appeared when needed and never disturbed when not. This level of restraint is something many established five-star hotels often struggle with. Next, the hardware and details. The deep sleep bedding truly lives up to its reputation; the one-click deep sleep mode combined with triple-pane glass ensured a quiet night. The option to choose a room scent, a foot soak before bed, and the overall logic of 'helping you genuinely sleep well,' rather than just stacking up brand names, was impressive. The floor-to-ceiling river view overlooks the Pearl River and the Financial City skyline, offering an expansive vista. The Cantonese congee and old fire soup for breakfast were authentic, and the afternoon tea and late-night snacks were also a bonus. As someone who frequently stays in five-star hotels, what matters most to me is this: they don't rely on 'fake smiles' to show enthusiasm, but rather remember you and anticipate your needs. This kind of 'home away from home' feeling is what truly defines luxury. Hygiene, quietness, service, dining, and location (convenient for Pazhou and Zhujiang New Town) all received full marks. I will actively choose this hotel again next time I visit Guangzhou. My only hope: maintain the current standards—for frequent travelers, consistency is more important than surprise.

It was already quite late, and all the pharmacies nearby were closed. Thankfully, I had booked a stay at the Atour Hotel in the Minying Science Park. The front desk staff immediately noticed something was wrong with me, came over to help me, and thoughtfully arranged a room close to the elevator. After check-in, they prepared an ice pack and a hot compress for me, and carefully provided many tips for recovery. They continued to look after me exceptionally well over the next few days. One night, my ankle pain kept me from sleeping, and the duty manager even specially brought me a cup of warm milk and soothing essential oils to help alleviate the discomfort. I truly didn't expect to encounter such heartwarming service during my trip. This experience was incredibly memorable, and I sincerely thank every staff member at Atour.
