GGuest UserThe hotel's air conditioning was excellent and kept the room very cool. All the front desk staff were incredibly friendly; they consistently provided service with a smile and were quick to respond to any requests. The hotel even has robot room service, which was also very prompt. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff gave me a complimentary room upgrade. My room was very spacious and offered a fantastic view. It was also spotlessly clean. They even provided complimentary noise-cancelling earplugs. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was generous and varied, and the restaurant's bright, pleasant atmosphere made for a delightful dining experience. Their genuine sincerity truly made a difference.

But when we checked in the reception told us that at swimming pool at the day time kids have classes, and they will finished around 8 pm, but at 9.30 the pool still was full of kids. And was impossible to swim. The pool is very shallow And the sauna was working not that good. The breakfast was very poor, Like 3 stars hotel Location of this hotel is good. And the design great. Rooms are clean and quiet.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at the Mehood Lestie Hotel, Guangzhou East Railway Station branch, and it was a great experience. First off, the location is incredibly convenient: it's just a few minutes' walk across the road to the high-speed rail station. Despite being so close to Guangzhou East Station, the soundproofing is surprisingly effective, offering a quiet oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. Guangzhou East Metro Station is also super accessible; just turn right out of the hotel and walk for a few minutes. It connects to both Line 1 and Line 3, making travel around the city a breeze. The area around the hotel also offers plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The closest mall, Oriental Baotai Shopping Plaza, features a wide array of shops and restaurants, and there's a large Aeon supermarket conveniently located on the B1 level. Breakfast provides a rich variety, including many local Guangdong specialties. Guests can also DIY sandwiches and enjoy refreshing Western pastries and salads. What's more, the hotel boasts service robots that can deliver takeout directly to your room – just provide your room number! This is incredibly convenient, perfect for anyone who prefers not to leave their room to pick up food.

Hôtel is a little old and would really need some refurbishment , requested a non smoking room but still was smelly .
Smimming pool is good but not inside the hôtel , need to take a 5 minute walk , the outside pool is not heated
