First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.

The location is excellent. Restaurants food are good with variety. The cleaning needs to improve as I told the cleaner the bed had yogurt sour smell, she didn’t change the quilt cover and bed sheet, only did easy job-changed the pillow covers. At night I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. Then I rang the service and told them the situation. They sent 2 room service ladies and changed the bed sheets and quilt covers straight away.

Asia international hotel, This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

This is my first time to stay in One&One, even though I've been staying in other hotel management from the same building with different floor. As a frequent traveller, my highest priority will be location and cleanliness. Pros: location was great, about 10-15 mins walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street for shopping. The popular Guangzhou Restaurant chain has a location in the building next door on the 5th floor. Hotel breakfast was decent, with a combination of Chinese and some western dishes. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Cons: the sink in the hotel room leaked water all over the floor so the hotel moved us to another room on the same floor. We stayed for 2 nights - someone rang our doorbell at around 11+pm the first night, and no one responded when we asked. On the second night, someone rang our doorbell about 3 times, around 11+pm, 12+am and 4/5am, which was disconcerting and a major disturbance when we were trying to sleep. We provided feedback to the hotel when we checked out, hopefully the hotel will enhance the hotel security.

The hotel is well-located, just 100 meters north of Beijing Road, the famous pedestrian road also a tourist attraction. The room was clean and spacious, though some facilities were a bit old. The hotel even has an outdoor swimming pool. The TV was a bit old fashioned, only a limited channels were available. The breakfast was excellent, the variety of Chinese and European style food on offer was almost 5-star.

It was great to be able to make last minute cancellations due to changes in travel plans. The hotel reservations comes with fee breakfast making it convenient. The downside to this hotel is that it is located on level 5 and the only access is through the lift. It gets crowded during peak periods and the wait for the lift can be rather long. Hope that there is ample escape routes in the vent of fire. Nice lounge area.

Room is very spacious, projection TV is great. However I felt if a Queen bed instead of King bed is used, would give a bit more walking space around the bed. Cleaning staff and check in staff are friendly and helpful. 2 in 1 Washer n Dryer is useful but needs to look into maintenance. It was dirty inside the drum. I ran a tub clean function and wiped down the washer door and seal. I then let it dry for a day before using.

I checked in during the trade fair and there were a lot more people than usual. The good thing is that the location is very close to the Beijing Road business district and is very convenient. The only thing I have to say is that the house really shows signs of age. There are stains on the glass windows, ceilings, and wall heights. And don’t expect the quality of the shower gel and shampoo provided in the room. It is recommended to bring your own. The most important thing is to wait. The elevator time is really long. In a building that is both commercial and residential, there will be a lot of outsiders waiting for the elevator, so you have to allow an extra 10 minutes before going out. Overall, it's okay and acceptable. I really don't lie.

In the south room, the window faces the Dongfeng Road, which flows day and night, but it has double-glazed glass and good sound insulation, which did not affect my sleep. There are sufficient and convenient power sockets in the room, as well as convenient lighting facilities. The hygiene in the room is 5 stars. Room service was excellent. The public health in the guest room area is also very good. The hotel's internal environment is 4 stars. The lobby area has not changed much compared to before. It is still grand and has the restrained style and low-key of thirty years ago. The environment around the hotel has changed a lot, it is extremely clean and absolutely safe🤣. The economic growth in Guangzhou, Guangdong in recent years has promoted the general improvement of the living environment. On the west side of the hotel, separated by a wall, is the provincial government. Surrounded by surveillance cameras and guards. The surrounding environment is 6 stars! A few hundred meters to the west of the hotel is the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, a few hundred meters to the northwest is Yuexiu Park, Zhenhai Tower, Wuyang Statue and Yuexiu Mountain Stadium. A few hundred meters to the south of the overpass is the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street area, which is convenient for travel and leisure. But not noisy or crowded. 🤪🤪The following is my personal opinion: 1. There is no elevator in the basement. 🤣🤣Guests need to carry their suitcases and go up the stairs to the lobby. Unfortunately, I parked at B2 and was shocked to find that I had to carry my suitcase up two and a half flights of stairs! Looks like it's only suitable for people traveling with a driver and secretary. Hey, I remembered that this is the provincial government guest house! 2. The breakfast buffet is only 3-star level. Hope to at least switch to a freshly ground coffee machine. It feels like they are not used to receiving individual travelers for leisure travel. 3. It is hoped that the front desk can provide more convenient and considerate services to ordinary leisure tourists who are not public servants.

According to LP Lonely Planet, the hotel is located in a somewhat run-down commercial and residential building, with different commercial and entertainment floors. Many young people and takeout delivery people come and go. But the 10th floor where we stayed was very clean and quiet, with a security peephole and free laundry. Clothes dryer. Our room has 180-degree large glass windows with open views, basic facilities, quiet air conditioning, hot and powerful shower, good Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch large TV that can only watch online TV. Downstairs is Huifu. There is a gourmet restaurant on East Road, Beijing Road is nearby and it is a 10-minute walk to Gongyuanqianji Railway Station. This hotel is cost-effective.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here — the construction during the period only affected us on our first day (cleaning of windows). It was the NYE/New Year’s period and the Beijing Road area was always bustling and crowded but the security here did their jobs well. The room facilities are also new and clean. Only downside was the hdmi port of the TV wasn’t really accessible, but Apple TV casting could be used. The security was also friendly to us as we had some parcels throughout our stay. Oh and, Mcdonalds and Chagee (and many other malls) are located right beside the hotel — score!
