This hotel was a lifesaver for my early morning flight from Baiyun Airport. It's super close to the airport and offers a free 24-hour shuttle service. I pre-booked my departure shuttle, and it was right on time, saving me the hassle of getting a taxi. Since I had such an early flight, I couldn't make it to breakfast, but the front desk kindly packed a portable breakfast for me. The room was clean and quiet, and the service was thoughtful and attentive.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the service is attentive and patient. It's easy to get around and parking is convenient. Great value for money, highly recommended. The location is close to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital's South Campus, and parking is quite accessible, though the parking lot itself and the elevators are a bit old. The umbrella was a bit small. Overall, it's pretty good value for this price point.

Conveniently located with plenty of amenities nearby. We didn't realize we booked a room on a floor without a fridge, but we had medicine and food that needed refrigeration. The staff were incredibly helpful and let us use the main lobby fridge. They even kindly warmed up our food for us when we needed it. A big thank you to the warm and friendly staff for a wonderful experience.

The front desk service was professional and efficient, and both check-in and check-out were handled quickly. The room was comfortable and cozy, with soft bedding, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Whether you're transiting via high-speed rail or enjoying a leisurely shopping trip at the outlets, this is a top accommodation choice. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when traveling to and from Guangzhou South Railway Station, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Overall, I'm quite satisfied! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even upgraded my room to a much larger one. The location is convenient, very close to the Pazhou Complex, and getting a taxi is easy. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room. When I went out during the day after washing my clothes, the housekeeping aunt even dried them for me and brought them to my room, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. The downstairs gym has a lot of equipment and is free to use, making it great value for money!
