Doubletree by Hilton Hotels in Guangzhou

This is always my go-to choice every time I visit Guangzhou. It's an established brand with excellent service and spacious rooms. But what really stands out are the warm and wonderful Jasmine and Wendy. On the day I checked in, my flight arrived very late and I was feeling a bit hungry. I just mentioned it in passing, and Wendy kindly brought me a thoughtful fruit pack. I was truly touched by their kindness.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Guangzhou Zengcheng was absolutely fantastic! ✨ The hotel is conveniently located in Zengcheng District, making it easy to get around. The ambiance is grand and elegant, and both the public areas and my room were spotless. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept soundly all night long – truly peaceful. I have to give a special shout-out to the staff. They were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions and resolved any issues promptly. Their attention to detail was wonderful and made me feel so cared for. The entire check-in process was relaxed and comfortable. Overall, the quality was excellent, and the experience was top-notch. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zengcheng. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Location: Chose this hotel because of its proximity to Baoneng Stadium, where I attended a concert. The hotel also provided free shuttle service to the stadium before the concert, which was really convenient. It took about 20 mins to walk back to the hotel after the concert, but the area is relatively quiet and dark at night. Service wise: Receptionist Ann handled my check in and check out. She was really nice and and welcoming. However, I can’t say the same for the staff at the morning breakfast service. One of the cooks was rude and impatient. Breakfast: Modest selection and not tasty. Room: Decently spaced and relatively comfortable.
