One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! I checked in late (almost midnight) and a reception was available to check me in. The staff are so lovely, they helped me install apps on my phone when I was having trouble. If you cannot speak Chinese I recommend that you install the WeChat app before you arrive to make it easy to communicate with staff. The room was so large and beautiful. Everything is exceptionally clean and the hospitality staff are great. Breakfast was delicious. You can also have your online orders delivered to the hotel. The location is great, you are less than 10mins walk to the station. I will definitely rebook this hotel when I return to Guangzhou!

Very nice place and not too expensive. Very clean and quiet and being in a good location. Bus stops on the road can get you many places in the city and the metro stop is an easy 10 minute walk. Also a lot of places nearby to grab food and drinks, restaurants and convenience stores. Fast wifi, friendly staff. Perfect place.

We arrived early and our room is ready for check in. Room clean, nice environment. Convenient location with metro access within the mall. Complimentary late check out is useful as our flight home is in the evening.

Super super satisfied with this hotel as it was located in the heart of Beijing Pedestrian Roads. Easy access to almost all shops and foods area. And the front desk, Miss Tt, who never failed to solve our matters anytime. Surely will come back soon

Room was nice and spacious. Location is at Beijing Road w lots of yummy food options, sound insulation was good enough that you wun get disturbed by road noise and it's a modern n recently refurbished hotel. Only downside is that the separated modern toilet n shower area is not enclosed - so not so convenient for friends staying in the same room or if you are sensitive to light (once your room mate turn on the toilet light it will May disturb the other party. The modern toilet is automated flushing which sounds very loud at night). But other than that, all is good! 👍🏻 You can get more free bottled water from them. And there's a free gym and laundry (6 washer n 6 dryer) on the 30th floor.

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it’s strategically situated near a variety of eateries and shopping malls. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city, enjoy great food, and shop without having to travel far. The staff were another highlight of our stay. Both the day and night shift teams were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. To celebrate my child’s birthday, the hotel provided a free breakfast for two adults, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. It added a special touch to our trip and made the occasion even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for our family to relax after a busy day. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers a self-service laundry facility, which was very convenient for longer stays. Being able to handle our laundry needs on-site saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou. It combines an unbeatable location, excellent service, and great amenities to provide a truly enjoyable stay.

The place was amazing! I told them I would arrive early around 10:30am and they gave me my room 10 minutes after arrival. The room was clean, smelt fresh and had everything I needed for my stay. There is a McDonald’s right at the entrance and also the subway was literally right there. The staff was also so very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend 10/10. 😊

The stay is fine. The staff is helpful. During our stay in Nov 2024, the property has just started operation for about 1 month. Do expect that you are entering a venue that is full of construction work going on. The hotel voucher that sent by trip dot com indicates address that is different from the apps. The check in office is at block 3, not block 2 as per the voucher. Quite confusing to us. If you are carrying big luggage, do expect to carry up a long staircase as the infrastructure are not complete construct yet. According to one of the hotel staff, the construction at the surrounding area maybe will take at least 1 year to complete. One last thing, the ceiling is low, around 2.5 meters from floor to ceiling. I’m 175cm and I can’t fulling extend my arms. lol

Mercure @ Tianhe is located in an excellent location - 10 min walk away from a wide range of large malls including Grandview Mall, TeeMall@Tianhe, Victory Square, Tianhe Fashion Walk. With easy access to taxis, we are able to travel to other parts of Guangzhou from the hotel with ease. The hotel is spacious, clean, well maintained, well equipped and staffed by highly trained and helpful staff. The morning breakfast buffet is value for money - it has a wide range to suit health conscious individuals like myself and picky eaters like my children. We stayed there for 9 nights and our view from the 25th floor is spectacular especially at night. The staff were also very sweet and thoughtful - they took the initiative to pack breakfast for us ahead of our early flight at 6am so that we could have a warm and sumptuous meal at the airport before we departed. We highly recommend this hotel to any families looking for a clean, spacious, safe and accessible location for an amazing time in Guangzhou.

Strategic location in Tianhe district a few steps from the Shipaiqiao metro station. Take exit A or B from the station. Guangdong East train station, ZhujiangNewTown(City Center, bussiness district) and the Guangdong tower just a few stops. Pleasant room, comfy beds, small extras = eg: electronic curtains, robot server bringing you food or an A/C adapter. The room had a very strong shower. You are basically surrounded by restaurants and Malls, so whatever you need it will take a few minutes. Highly recommended!
