Special thank you to Front Desk staff at Grand International Hotel，they are very professional and friendly. check in and check out is very fast and efficient, they also sent me a very nice and beautiful gift with best wishes. This is the first time I stay in Grand international hotel， the room is comfortable and warm. I liked the restaurant on the first floor, which was good and delicious with lots of Canton food, also the price was good. hotel is far away from Metro station，while it is very convenient to book a car or taxi in hotel by door man. Hotel has a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool which is closed in the Winter. The Spa is also perfect, I recommended it if you have time to step in. I never see a bar here but the lobby bar was quite and good for us to meet the suppliers here with some coffee and tea. I definatly will come back if I have business in Guangzhou

Excellent service and renovated during covid. The pool is not heated and is cold. There’s a spa there for massages and it’s convenient . It’s across the street from Guangzhou east so it’s super convenient.

There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

The hotel stay was fantastic! One of the best and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in. It was huge and a family of 4 could stay comfortably. Wanted to get a day bed for my daughter but she was comfortable sleeping on the huge sofa. The facilities were complete and staff was great and help was given whenever it was needed. Every time my cab arrived at the hotel there was definitely someone opening the door for us.

Overall it's okay. The sound insulation is not very good but it is quiet. No elevator. The laundry room is just two washing machines + two dryers, and the laundry room is a bit like a utility room. A little speechless is to write that Tianhe Bus Terminal is diagonally opposite... It is a bit diagonal 🙄, a little distance from the station but it is good (you can get out of the subway station C than coming from the station). Health is OK, but it may not be too serious to do 🙈. I don't know much~ There is a stool in the double room~ There is a 🙄. There are a little few breakfast shops around, most of them are nightingale shops.

Great hotel that is nothing to complain or fault about. Location just next to Yantang station (go exit B). Overhead bridge leads you to few neighbourhood supermarkets, eateries, bakeries, coffee joints. If you are lazy to go across, just eat at the hotel lobby where there are 2 inexpensive restaurants to serve you lovely local dim sum or western food. Super convenient ! The hotel rooms are quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining cleanliness. Extremely warm and friendly people around. Will come back again for another extended stay !
