It is a wonderful option to stay in Guangzhou. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located a few meters from the pedestrian street and that gives it a privileged location to move around on foot. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am and there are good Chinese and Western menu options. Just note that it is no longer a hotel operated by Holliday inn but is now called Voco.

Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

Guangzhou Thirteenth Line is the most suitable hotel for wholesalers. close to market The air conditioning equipment is complete and the air conditioner cools down quickly. Shower hot water and volume are sufficient The sheets are the cleanest, no dust mites, no mold There is no smell of smoke at all The happiest thing is that there are no carpets in the room. It’s super hygienic. I have allergies, so this is the only room around where people can stay. Clean up sincerely and not be lazy I stayed for a week and housekeeping changed the trash cans and bath towels and made the bed every day. The room is also very sunny I recommend everyone to come here! Every time I come I am happy and I go home happy with my harvest. It has been 12 years and the White House Hotel has not deteriorated at all. It’s great👍

We booked a river view suite. Though the room was a bit dated but its size and floorplan was more like a presidential suite especially overlooking the pearl River. The river view was very grand and unblocking.. We really enjoyed the night view with multiple nightly cruises passed by every evening. The 5 star White swan hotel, people s bridge and ”sand face Island” were all within our view. As we are more like vegetarian, the Asian breakfast buffet have enough dishes for our taste. In fact, I can accept eating that type of breakfast everyday. To enhance your experience, you can walk across the people's bridge to ”sand face Island” through the old French style buildings and finally lead to the white swan hotel (if your budget allow, have a meal there). Of course, we did all those and more. What I didn't like and what the hotel needs to improve, please give hotel guests free access to the spa within the same building.

The location is very good, and the surrounding area is full of fireworks. After dinner, you can take a walk along the Pearl River. The room was big and very clean. What I like most is that there are enough water pipes in the room, which is very considerate for those who have a big need for mineral water. My only complaint is that the shower head switch in the bathroom is a bit tight and requires a lot of effort to switch on and off.

The environment is clean and hygienic. The family room we set is spacious. You can see the scenery outside by the window, especially at night. It is very convenient to go to Beijing Road, Shamian Island, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. We walked slowly and received us. I don’t know if it’s the boss. Very enthusiastic, The only downside is that the hot water supply time is not long. If you take a bath, you have to wash it quickly, otherwise there will be no hot water, and you have to wait for 15-20 minutes.

There is also a very cost-effective buffet breakfast. This stay was an excellent experience. The hotel not only provided us with a room upgrade, but also met our request for late check-out. I will choose Guangzhou Jiangyue next time I come!

Check in process wasn’t as smooth as I expected. It took me more than 20mins and I still wasn’t check in. At 2pm+, I booked 2 rooms twin bed, only 1 room is available.. otherwise the room is comfortable and location is nearby to Beijing road shopping district.

The environment and hygiene are good. The room I booked was too small and the beautiful woman at the front desk took care of the problem immediately. Parking is quite convenient. In order to avoid parking problems, it is recommended to tell the front desk in advance like me. Please reserve a parking space for them.

This convenient hotel is in a very good location. There is Aiqun Gongjiao Station downstairs, which is very convenient to take the bus to the Cultural Park Subway Station. There is also a 7-11 convenience store and a fruit and bag shop downstairs, which is very convenient for buying drinks and snacks. Mr. Xie, the front desk clerk, was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was our Guangzhou travel guide. He was very familiar with various attractions and transportation hubs in Guangzhou. He also taught us to use Gaode maps and navigation, which made it easy for us to travel around. Guangzhou. We were so pleased with our experience at this hotel that we stayed here for 6 nights.
