Hot spring Hotels in Guangzhou

The location of the hotel is stunning, love the tent idea and setup, however it was a bit noisy giving the bbq setup, play ground and turbines. Location, staff and services were great though.

Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. Jason and Matthew were outstaning and their English was really good. Their Customer service was 10 out of 10, would recommend staying here

After searching for information about Zhen Hot Spring on the Internet, we decided to come to Bishuiwan Resort. We took a seat and it is very convenient now that we have Didi. Take the subway to Conghua Bus Terminal and transfer to Didi for about 30 minutes. The room is very big and has a balcony. The toilet can also be used for steaming. The funny thing is that there is nothing in the refrigerator. There is usually not always water or coke (even if you pay), and the toilet door cannot be locked, because it doesn't bother me very much. I didn’t tell the front desk. There are many different pools in the hot springs. There are not many people. You can soak in each pool. All the staff are very good and will take the initiative to bring you water. There is also a very special experience of applying gherkin. The buffet breakfast has many styles and tastes good

This is the second time I stayed at Forest Sea Hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel service, environment, and facilities, especially Alin, the lobby manager. When I booked the hotel, there were some details that I didn’t understand. When we encountered trouble, the manager ALin came forward to help us solve the problem enthusiastically, with an attitude. Very kind, considerate service, let our family feel like home ~ take the children to leave good memories ~ can't help but look forward to the next time!

The layout of the room I stayed in this time was very good. There was a large balcony with a separate bathing pool. There was space for the children to play. There were also many hot spring pools in the public area, and there were disinfected towels, tea and rest areas everywhere. It was a great experience. good. However, the accommodation experience is average, especially during the Spring Festival, the price has increased than usual. The Lanyuan twin room is 980. The price increase is understandable, but the room and hot spring facilities are really old and not worth it. 2. Hot springs: The hot springs are old-style real hot springs. The biggest advantage is that the water quality is very good. It is really small. It is said that there are 21 pools but they are all very small. The entire hot spring area is only two steps away. However, it was quite comfortable to soak in. There are dry and wet steams, so don’t look forward to the massage pool. The one that sprays water on the soles of your feet is broken. 3. Accommodation: The sanitary conditions of the accommodation are okay, but the room facilities, especially the bathroom, are relatively old. The slippers have a heavy glue smell, and the bathrobe is wrinkled and pilled for a long time. The price/performance ratio is really average. 4. Service: The quality of waiters varies greatly. Overall, it's okay, except that one mouse poop ruins the whole pot of porridge. On the evening of the 11th, the front desk of Lanyuan was really busy. It was clear that there was no one else and she was very busy. She was very impatient after asking her a few words. She asked if there was a storage locker in the hot spring next to her. She said with a face that she didn't know... It felt like the front desk said It's very strange not to know about this, let alone to say that you don't know, to take it for granted and even to face shame, numb... But it's just the weird thing at the front desk of Lanyuan, everything else is normal. The housekeeping lady came to deliver water and asked if we wanted to change the garbage. She was very enthusiastic. In addition, the comb in the room is of good quality and comfortable to use. It is not a gift but should be cleaned thoroughly every time. It is very clean. I am very satisfied with this. We couldn't find the heater before going to bed and woke up from the cold in the middle of the night. We called the guest room attendant and they came over and sent us quilts to help turn on the heater. Although we had to wait for a while, they solved the problem for us in the middle of the night and we were still satisfied.

This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

The environment is excellent. Public hot spring areas are equipped with dry towels, ginger tea, and scented tea. The staff's service attitude is very good.
