had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Pazhou. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely at home. They were always readily available, extremely kind, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and stocked daily with all necessary amenities. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I even purchased a pillow to take home for my mother. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety including rice, noodles, dumplings, fruits, cereals, pastries, coffee, juices, and an omelet station. The hotel also provides many complimentary services such as laundry (including machines and irons), a gym, and unlimited water. A convenient robot delivery service was available 24/7 for any needs. The reception staff were always helpful, many spoke English, and those who didn’t were very accommodating when using translation. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to Foshan, the Canton Fair, and other major areas. There’s a spa next door, several restaurants, pharmacies, and stores nearby. Late-night porridge was also available, which was a thoughtful touch. I especially want to thank Meng Yin and Xin Xin for their exceptional kindness and care. I truly felt like I found a home away from home, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Excellent service, best location close to convention centre

The room is spacious and clean. Nice deco and comfy beds. I did my laundry at the laundry room, the lady did the washing and drying for me and even folded the clothes for me and sent them back to my room. Really good service and appreciate that. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative.

First time staying here. The room is clean, spacious and bright. The staff is very friendly and the pillows are very comfortable.

When I came to Guangzhou, I chose this hotel because it had a high rating. The room was very clean. The room layout design and service had many considerate details: mineral water was provided upon arrival at the front desk, a wind shield was designed at the air-conditioning outlet to prevent direct blowing, two types of pillows were provided, the wifi password was displayed in large letters on the TV screen, the hot water in the bathroom was hot almost immediately after it was turned on, I stayed for two nights, and the room was cleaned the next day and new slippers were provided, etc. This is an outstanding hotel among hotels of the same level, and I will stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel was booked during the Canton Fair, with a car pick-up and good parking. Snacks, fruits and drinks were provided during the pick-up, and the service was very good. Bread, cakes and drinks were provided when we returned to the hotel, which was very good and considerate. Especially the service of JunGu was very good, with attentive butler service and caring for customer needs. I highly recommend this Yaduo! I will choose it next time during the Canton Fair! I usually choose Atour when I go out. My pillows at home are also Atour's. It's more comfortable and down to earth to live here. The room is clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is very gentle and tries to meet all the requests. I am very satisfied with the overall service. Although there are not many types of breakfast, it has everything that should be there. The taste is also good, and the fruit is very fresh. The hotel is near the bus station. You can travel green to Taikoo Hui, Malling Place, and the zoo. The bus is not crowded. It's very convenient.
