Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing.
When we returned to our room, it was not properly cleaned—this has already happened twice. We understand that the cleaner may be overworked, as it seems there is only one cleaner assigned per floor, but this clearly affects the quality of service.
The room itself feels old and poorly maintained. There are no cabinets or even a table, which makes it very inconvenient for guests.
We also experienced multiple issues with the key card. It did not work, and we had to go down to the lobby to have it fixed. The second time, we had to go down twice because they told us it was already working, but it still wasn’t.
Communication was also difficult. The staff, and even the manager, could not communicate properly in English, making it hard to resolve concerns.
What made things worse was when we raised issues at the front desk, there was no proper manager available to handle them.
Overall, there seems to be a lack of proper komanagement, staffing, and basic service standards. This needs serious improvement.
