Our housekeeping staff always serve you with the principle of "more thoughtfulness, less trouble," and we are especially happy to see your satisfaction. However, we would like to clarify two points: Our air conditioning was just replaced last month, and the heating effect has been tested and adjusted. If you feel the temperature is not enough upon check-in, please contact the front desk immediately, and we will send a technician to check it right away. We believe that timely resolution will definitely make your stay more comfortable. Also, regarding the location, our hotel is right next to a crossroads, with a zebra crossing right outside. You can cross the street and directly hail a taxi without having to take a detour. You can try this method next time! We also welcome you to experience our hotel again.
