Mercure Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal2 Hotel

I stayed at the Mercure Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Hotel for a business trip to catch a flight, and my overall experience was very satisfying. It definitely deserves a five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, with a shuttle service to and from the airport, making transfers very convenient – a top choice for layovers. The hotel environment is simple yet grand, and the public areas are clean and comfortable. The room hygiene was meticulous and thorough, with everything neatly maintained. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a restful sleep. The room facilities were complete and functional; both the bathroom and office amenities were well-equipped. The staff provided attentive and efficient service; check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly to any issues. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money, with convenient transportation, excellent service, and top-notch hygiene and facilities. I will definitely choose to stay at Mercure again next time I pass through Baiyun Airport. I highly recommend it to business travelers catching flights.

The hotel facilities are new and modern. The room rate includes supper and dinner, which makes the price-performance ratio really high. The location is a bit further out than Novotel, but still acceptable. However, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and you can often hear planes, which is a little noisy.

Excellent stay, had a fantastic experience for one night. The room was spacious and clean, and I slept really well. The airport shuttle runs 24/7, and the bus itself was brand new, clean, and odorless. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. I rarely stay at Mercure hotels, but this visit truly exceeded my expectations!
