For foreign travelers, it's hotel in a good location... it's located within 10 min walk to the nearest station and positioned in a residential area... Sound insulation is not great but it depends on which side you are facing. Our stay is facing on the other side fronting the Resi area so it's quite quiet and not so sure about the other side facing the main entrance... Staffs are nice, laundry and washroom available.. only downside is the wifi access requires local mobile number to get verification, which is not great! Suggest the hotel to change this system and it will surely benefit your business. Hygiene is not best but not at the unacceptable level as well... for me it's okay at the rate that I book... booking in advance will definitely help getting cheaper as I made comparison to the rate I saw at the hotel when I arrived.. Will come back and will not hesitate to book again if find out the wifi connection method is improved

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was tasty and the shower was great. The location overall was really good. One thing that was a challenge was finding the hotel as it was at the back of a parking lot. Not the easiest to get to by vehicle. It was close to a major metro station and that was slick. The only other bad thing was that the AC vent were connected to other rooms where smoking was taking place. Now, I’m allergic to cigarettes so this was a major problem. I didn’t enjoy entering my non smoking room and it reeking of smoke. I also didn’t enjoy waking up with a headache, asthma, and a stuffy nose. Other than that, it was ok.

The location is near metro station. Thanks for providing tea and coffee right in the room. The shower is great. If needed there is professional washing machine and dryer near the lobby. Definitely a solid choice.

Everything was good except the first night we were given room no. 110.( I have booked 3 room and my family have no problem with their rooms but mine was nightmare for me and my sister) room floor were stained( it'clean but looks dirty) there were noises of water all night we can clearly heard when the next room or room upstairs used water in sink, toilet or shower but since we checked in quite late so we were too tired to change the room, what frighten us the most was a sudden very loud 'keu keu keu' noise around midnight that made us think if the water tank or something above us are going to BREAK. The next day I checked the 2 other room but they have no problem so we asked to change the room, after we changed room, everything were quite satisfying whether about room(same in the advertised photo) , amenity, location( near subway, Street food, supermarket and department store, and canton tower was in the walking distance), service, price and breakfast lady was also kind. I would say I may come back to stay here if I go to Guangzhou again but definitely not room no. 110

There’s lot of restaurant, cafe and even a Shopping Mall within walking distance. Room is relatively small, cleanliness is average and facilities are not so well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful, we received a goody bag with some snacks from the hotel which is really nice and feeling warmed.

Overall a great, enjoyable, peaceful and quiet stay. Further details as follows: Visibility: Hotel is not visible from main road. Need a couple of turns in public car park or housing or shop areas before sighting the hotel entrance. Reception: Excellent service upon arrival. Flexibility granted upon understanding customer needs. Location: Excellent. 5-10 mins walk to Kecun MTR (1 stop away from Canton Tower). Short walk to malls, eateries, MTR etc. Parking: No free parking even for hotel guests. Not suitable for drivers who plan to stay over a few nights in Guang Zhou. Ample parking space at entrance of hotel. Cleanliness： Very new, clean and neat smart hotel. Late check-out： Need to renew hotel pass at reception for late check-out. Otherwise, room door auto inactivate after normal check-out timing. Facilities: Nice, clean and appealing restaurant on 2nd floor for those who prefer to eat in. There's a small coasta coffee cafe, mini laundry area, smart washroom, meeting table and chairs for guests to sit around at 1st floor.

Service was good, staffs were attentive and polite. Rooms are clean and very convenient for those who are going to Canton fair. Highly recommended!

Very clean, very spacious rooms. Highlight is definitely the extremely helpful staff. I had to extend my stay but they ran out of the same room type, so that I would have to check out and move to a different room. They managed to hold the same room for me so that I did not have to move. Highly recommend!

The place we very well maintained. I stayed there for 7 days and right from the location to the staff and cleanliness was just perfect. The place is centrally located on Line 3 of the metro station which has a direct link to the airport so you need not lug around with your luggage and keep changing trains. Its just one train from the airport to the hotel location. Also the hotel is very near to Guangzhou tower which is just one stop away. The hotel staff were very pleasing and helpful especially when I used to ask them questions (As I am from India). They used to answer and guide me every time. Regarding the maintenance of the rooms I have to say the upkeep is just splendid. Every day my room used to be cleaned and kept neat. I would like to mention that I chose an option with breakfast and I was really glad that I did. The breakfast was very nice with option of hot noodles along with coffee machine and fruits. There are various varieties of hotel which serve various kinds or food. The proximity to shopping complex is also good as there are malls close by. Over all I am very happy and glad to have spent my time in this property and I surely want to come back and stay there in the future.

Convenient location walking distance to metro and mall. Staff is very friendly. We checked in midnight and they let us to checkout late. Superb service! Breakfast was yummy! Food they have porridge, noodles, pork, fried youtiao, sausage and fruits. Fruit juice : apple juice. Coffee and doujiangshui. I like the apple juice Price is ok but hopefully will be cheaper next round. Thanks
