Service : Excellent. Staffs very friendly & helpful Facilities : Very good. Meet all my needs & very satified. Cleanliness : Very good. Perform very good daily room cleaning service . Location : Excellent. Metro, Shopping Mall, Night Market all very very nearby. Varieties choice of food & available in very early morning & late midnight. Return : Had been repeatly return back to stay in BIL Travel Hotel 3 times whenever i come to China.

The hotel is new and clean. But not as spacious and fancy as it looks in the photos. Located close to a metro station and a mall.

The hotel id very recommended as the customer service is high class and they will help you with any problem you may have during your stay. The location of the hotel is idealistic as there are restaurants nearby like the photos we took. The metro station is only around 400 meters away (exit a and c). The hotel room is also upto standard with very good cleaning service. The price is also reasonable!! If we stay in Guangzhou, we'll stay at bill hotel again.

New hotel in an old building. Modern rooms, big enough, very clean, laundry and very good service in the reception with tea, coffee and many other things. So many small details not expected for a cheap hotel like a eye warm mask, good quality equipment inside the room. Walking distance from the subway station with 2 shopping mall just in front of the hotel. I do recommend go this hotel. Important find anything better at that price

Please note that the lobby is on the 3rd floor - it wasn't obvious from the street-level entrance to the building as the signage is in Chinese. Location is great - a short walk to Exit C of the Tonghe metro station on Line 3; Line 3 is the one that starts at the airport (first trains are at 6am). Many good eating options around, including a McDonalds right across the street. Friendly and quick check-in/check-out with sufficiently English spoken by the staff. Robust wifi service and comfortable, clean bedding. Very convenient 2pm check-in/check-out time. Great value and will definitely return on my next visit. The room is well-insulated from the street noise. I really liked the amount of activity that is right outside the hotel (which is on a busy corner and main thorougfare), but it may be a turn-off for others.

Close to Metro station, convenient to travel and to Bai Yun airport as well. Front Desk staff friendly and accommodative
