Because my English is not very good, we have always used WeChat to communicate. When you first said that the guest room needed cleaning, you said that the towels did not need to be changed, so they were not changed. We will definitely monitor the housekeeping aspect closely in the future. As for your clothes, we are deeply sorry. You told us that the clothes were missing three days after you checked out, and you did not tell us that you saw the missing clothes in the room on the day you checked out.
