The front desk staff were very friendly and patient. They even offered a laundry service, and my clothes were delivered right to my door, which was super thoughtful! The hotel is right next to the Pearl River, so you can enjoy the night view from the 6th floor. The lobby also had refreshing lemon water, which was delicious. This hotel is perfectly located directly opposite Shamian Island. It's super convenient to get to Shamian by taking a 2-yuan ferry, which also offers a fantastic view of the Pearl River. The front desk service was excellent. I had booked the wrong room type, but the lady at the front desk was so kind and helped me upgrade to a better room. My stay at Yili Youju (1850 store) was excellent overall, and I was very satisfied. The hotel is right next to the Pearl River, so you can enjoy river views and even see the Canton Tower within walking distance.
