Responsive and helpful front office. Nice location with lots of local food.Easy access to anywhere around the city. Clean room. Washer and dryer with detergent supplied was highly useful.

Very disappointing stay. The 9.2 rating is extremely misleading. The front desk staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints about the service. Unfortunately, the room itself was a completely different story. The biggest issue was the smell. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, the pillow and bedding smelled like previous guests, and I could smell cigarette smoke in the room. Since there was no window, there was no way to properly ventilate it. It was also extremely noisy. I could hear people talking and shouting late at night, and the soundproofing was basically nonexistent. I barely slept. The overall atmosphere felt more like a short-stay hotel than a regular business hotel. There were condoms, ********* and other *************** available by the entrance, which I definitely wasn’t expecting based on the listing. I booked a long stay because of the 9.2 rating and positive reviews, but the actual experience was completely different. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to sleep
