The hotel's front desk service was excellent, very professional and welcoming. They proactively inquired about airport transfers, which was very convenient. The driver was very steady, and as soon as we landed, he contacted us immediately. The shuttle to the airport also runs every hour, making travel very easy. It's very close to the airport, about half an hour's drive. The breakfast selection was also great, with both Chinese and Western options. The room itself was very spacious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The room was clean and hygienic, even the mouthwash cups sparkled. There was juice and cookies in the lobby upon check-in, and the Hampton Inn cookies were delicious. The carpeted hallways meant that pulling luggage didn't make any noise and didn't disturb anyone. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the room rates during the summer holiday were very reasonable.
