昨天晚上12點多入住酒店，第一沒有停車位讓停到前面去，又倒車過去。第二房間非常嚴重的甲醇味道，電話前台問能不能換房間，直接一句沒有房間換不了。我就想問新開的酒店都不做甲醇異味處理？搞的一晚上沒睡。第三窗户外面不知道什麼機子響了一晚上。住了這麼多酒店這家是真流弊，味道都不處理就開業。我就不信100多間都住滿了，你告訴我加錢換也是個事。再也不來這個品牌的酒店了，評價是沒有零分，一星都不值

離店當天晚上發現漏了一瓶洗面奶在沖涼房，發微信給他們，他們説沒有找到，我問他們説我住的房間有人入住嗎？他們説沒有收拾房間的阿姨沒有反饋，我告訴他們洗面奶明確位置是在沖涼房放沐浴露處，於是店員上去找，結果拍了個洗手盆的位置給我，説沒有看到？！洗面奶都要據為己有，幸好衹是漏了洗面奶～

住過太古滙那邊的喆啡，感覺還不錯所以這次特地訂喆啡，沒想到完全不是一個檔次的。酒店的大堂很小，門口有階梯，對於拿着大包小包的行李的人來説很不友好，前台看到顧客一個人搬行李困難也沒出來幫忙，就在那裡看着，連門都不幫忙開一下。電梯又小又熱，房間的燈光很暗，燈很少還都是昏黃色的，採光也不好，隔音更差勁，槽點太多了。

第一次來廣州新塘這邊，酒店設施很好，都是新的，應該是新店，很方便，周邊配套設施很齊全，交通便利，附近吃飯巨方便！！酒店一樓還有咖啡廳，很不錯，不想在房間待着就下去點杯咖啡歇息，各方面服務也周到，很滿意，下次有機會再來的~
設施：看起來都是新設備感覺很不錯
環境：我個人喜歡這種復古裝修風格 硬漢復古風
