Little bit out of Guangzhou center but still easy to reach. Clean, well organized, good location. We stayed in a family room with some toys, tent in it.

Excellent service and room condition. If were to give a suggestion to strive for higher level, I hope the breakfast timing can be adjusted to earlier time maybe 6 or 6:30 am onwards

Very clean and organised hotel. But was a little disappointed thst they didn't have a concierge to help with day tours. Will stay there again.

Comfortable stay. Very Spacious room with a touch of Japanese style, some parts need refreshment tough. Breakfast buffet is fine and the restaurant environment is great. Room service is on point to keep the room always clean.

This Hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and relaxing. It had a great tub! Breakfast was lovely and had a great variety. I will definitely stay there again.

During the May Day holiday, we stayed in two Super Wings twin-bed rooms for 3 days and 2 nights for 1,299 yuan per night. We were 2 adults, 2 children and 2 seniors. We included breakfast and dinner buffets. The overall experience was good. The children liked the theme layout very much. The big bathtubs in each room were the favorites of the children, and the elderly also said it was comfortable. The weather in Guangzhou during the May Day holiday was not hot, so the outdoor swimming pool was too cold to swim. The hot spring room was in the men's and women's locker rooms of the gym, which was relatively small. For me, my 3-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter, it was a bit embarrassing for my son to go to the men's room with his father. The hotel did not have a half-inclusive heated swimming pool (Emerald Hilton and Nansha Garden Hotel are suitable for parents and children). The activities in the garden such as feeding fish, children smashing golden eggs, and scientific experiments were all very good. The garden was not big and there was not much green space. The baked bread in the breakfast buffet is different every day, but the egg tarts, donuts, and waffles that are more popular with children are not available every day. In addition, pickled salmon, sirloin and smoked ham are actually placed in the buffet dinner instead of with the bread slices for breakfast. These two items are a bit strange. Even if the breakfast buffet is mediocre, the sashimi back cuts in the dinner buffet are really sufficient, and the snails are super big, which is still great. Lunch was eaten at Taoli Restaurant in the hotel at my own expense, and I felt that the products were great. There were two live singers in the buffet lobby at noon and in the evening, which was also amazing. A welcome cake dessert was given when checking in, and finally two Ledi school bags were given after discussing with the customer service lady, which was very popular with the two children.

Lucinda and Iris, who were in charge of check-in and check-out, quickly arranged the room, and Chloe also gave small gifts to the children.
