Overall hotel is good. However location wise, it’s somehow in the middle of many schools and offices. So traffic can be really bad during peak hours. No major shopping around. Good thing is 7-11 right beside it. The auntie at 7-11 is really nice. And can remember us. We go there everyday and more than 2 times per day. Service is so so as I have to say the swimming pool cum Gym centre receptionists service very bad. 1st day arrival, we want to have a look at the pool, they spoke mandarin to us with an attitude. Pool required caps. Otherwise you need to pay. Full of senior citizens in the pool. Seems like membership thing. Doorman ok. One particular staff v bad attitude. Rest of them all good. Breakfast simple. Chef at egg station remembered my husband fav bacon fried egg. So he will prepare in advance the moment he saw him enter the restaurant. Room is clean and spacious. Opposite hotel has good steamed wanton shop & fried rice/noodle store. Not bad.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent. Hygiene: Housekeeping was done on time. Environment: The environment is very good, and it's conveniently close to the train station. Service: The service is impeccable; very reassuring, warm, friendly, patient, and responsible.

I'd especially like to thank employee Win for their polite, proactive, and attentive service. From check-in to daily inquiries, everything was handled efficiently and promptly. They were responsive to all requests and resolved issues with patience and professionalism. Their meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome, even far from home. The hotel's gym is a major highlight; it's spacious and well-ventilated, equipped with a full range of well-maintained and smoothly operating fitness machines. Taking a break to exercise here after a busy day helps both to stretch the body and effectively relieve stress. Overall, this hotel excels in both its facilities and services. It's a top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I must commend Win, a staff member, for their friendly and approachable demeanor, which was a refreshing change from stiff, robotic service. The check-in process was clear and efficient. Later, when I asked for directions, they patiently offered suggestions and promptly attended to my needs, making the service feel very comfortable. The hotel's gym was well-maintained with a good range of equipment, perfect for a quick workout to relieve stress. Considering the environment, facilities, and service, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is quite good. The decor is a bit dated, but overall the room was relatively clean and tidy. There's a restaurant downstairs where you can have dim sum, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a good experience.

International standards, good ambiance and clean hotel. The bed is a bit hard but love clean bed covers, clean showers and restrooms. Fast Check in and professional front desk services.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it was almost fully booked due to the holiday. The front desk staff, Yang Xing, helped us coordinate three rooms and even upgraded our room types. Everyone in our group was extremely satisfied! 👍

The family room was well-equipped. The pool was closed during the holidays, which was a bit of a bummer. Everything else was good though. The location is also nice, very close to the city center. Breakfast met basic needs.

I especially appreciated the dry/wet separation in the bathroom and the comfortable water pressure, which really washed away my travel fatigue. The rooms are very clean and well soundproofed. There are many great food options nearby. Every stay here is very satisfying. With a gym and swimming pool, it's an ideal place for both family trips and business travel.

The room was great, and the service was decent. However, there was no desk in the room, which made it inconvenient for getting work done. Also, we weren't reminded to book breakfast in advance, so we had to arrange it on the spot, which was a bit of a hassle.

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, with a subtle, pleasant aroma in the air. The room is sunny, the mattress is comfortable, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. The service is excellent and responses are prompt.
