During the Chinese New Year, I paid more than double the usual price (400+ normally, 800+ for CNY) for this stay, expecting an experience that matched the cost. Instead, I was thoroughly disappointed throughout, finding it to be extremely poor value for money.
I arrived at 2 PM, and the front desk informed me that there was only one cleaner working during Chinese New Year, asking us to wait half an hour. We ended up waiting a full hour. Upon entering the room, the floor was completely wet, and the entire room reeked of mold and dampness. Staff only suggested opening the bathroom exhaust fan, which was incredibly noisy, but the smell never dissipated, making for a very uncomfortable stay.
