A truly wonderful hotel with fantastic, helpful staff for all guests. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I have just one comment: as Muslims, we would like to find food in your hotel such as bread, jam, and cheese—food that Muslims enjoy. You know that now that Chinese authorities have allowed entry to Muslim countries without a visa, there will be many tourists and they will need food. Last night, I left the buffet and didn't find anything suitable for me.

The breakfast provided at 2nd floor is great. Has variety of choices for us to choose. Environment & ambient of the hotel is superb. Driving from hotel to airport is even nearer. Takes about 10-15 mins. Shuttle buses at different time period also provide lots of convenience.

Nice and new hotel, near to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (Hotel provide free shuttle service to/from airport). Room is big and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. There is free self-laundry room so you can wash & dry your clothes, suitable for those stay long in China and need the laundry service.

Great hotel cozy and the staff are very friendly and warm. They have welcomed me with a cold house drink which was very refreshing in the hot weather. They arranged as well my drop off to the airport which i really appreciated. Recommend me aplace nearby to shop and helped me book the transportation through the app. The staff kindness is very touching although they do not speak much english but they do their best to serve using translation apps. I thank personally the lady who helped me during check out asking if she will prepare a bottle of water for me while going on my trip. Thank you team for all your kindness and good service.
