Great location and staff are super helpful attending to all our request. Will definitely come back again for our next visit.

Citynote X hotel is well located, shopping mall and eateries are all within walking distance. The nearest metro station is GongYuanQian (line 1 & 2), walking there less than 10 minutes. Hotel staffs (especially 王胤霖）are friendly and helpful. Taking lifts to 14th (13A) floor during peak hours may need some patience. Breakfast, tea time and supper snacks are provided.

This hotel is fabulous & strategically located on Beijing Road. It’s literally opposite The Grand Temple. The staff here are most helpful, friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the stay, rooms are super clean and big ( family room). The hotel also provides self-service breakfast, snacks during tea time and also light snacks for supper. Will definitely return and stay at Citynote X Hotel again. 100/100 for them. Will definitely come back here if I visit Guangzhou. Keep up the great work. 👍

We had a really pleasant stay at CityNote X Hotel (Dafu Temple, Beijing Road Branch), and what stood out most was how thoughtful and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. One of the biggest surprises for us was the complimentary laundry service. Unlike many hotels where laundry comes with an additional charge, this hotel washed our clothes for us without any extra fee. As a family traveling with a young child, this was incredibly convenient and honestly one of the things we appreciated the most. The breakfast was also a highlight. They make a perfect sunny-side-up egg, which our toddler absolutely loved! 🥚❤️ It may seem like a small thing, but having something our child happily ate every morning made our stay so much easier. Another huge plus for foreign travelers is that the hotel accepts Taobao deliveries for guests. We were able to have our purchases delivered to the hotel without any problems. The staff were also very kind in assisting us with online food orders, which was especially helpful because we did not have a China SIM card and sometimes had difficulty placing orders ourselves. Overall, what made this hotel special for us was not just the room or location, but the level of service and willingness of the staff to help. They made things so much easier for us as tourists, particularly when we had a child with us and were navigating services that were difficult to access without a local phone number. For anyone visiting Guangzhou—especially families or foreign travelers—I would definitely recommend this hotel. Convenient, thoughtful, and genuinely guest-friendly. We would be happy to stay here again! ❤️

My family of six, including both elderly members and young children, recently spent a week at CityNote X Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road). We had a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The front desk service was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. They made us feel immediately welcome and even arranged our rooms ahead of the standard check-in time. A special mention must go to Ms. Liang (Siau Liang), who provided exemplary professional service throughout our stay. Understanding the logistics of traveling with a large family, she thoughtfully arranged our two booked rooms right next to each other for our convenience. Because we were staying for 5 nights, she even took the initiative to upgrade one of our rooms to make this layout possible. This level of care and consideration made a massive difference to our trip.The cleanliness and design of the entire property were highly impressive. Our rooms were absolutely spotless, well-maintained, and featured a sleek, modern, yet simple aesthetic. It is clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work; every corner, from the pristine linens to the spotless bathroom, was thoroughly cleaned every day. Overall, the hospitality here is second to none. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, smiling, and genuinely eager to help.
