酒店設施堪稱不能再差！沒住過那麼差的賓館！設備設施環境破舊不説，更糟糕的是整個賓館從走道、房間黴臭味實在難聞！因為可能是漏雨，走道、房間門口擺了好幾個接漏的盆和桶裏麪散發出的味道更是難聞！！！開的兩個房間的牆壁由於滲水（或者漏雨的原因）“斑斑銹跡”隨處可見！真是從未有過的一次住宿體驗！！！想不到在廣州這樣的大都市還能開出這樣子的所謂“豪華單人間及標間”？？！！！
