It was okay, not bad. Just a bit unsettling, and it left a strange taste. The price was acceptable though.

I stayed here multiple times and i booked this hotel for my friends also. It is very affordable and high class in this price. additionally, food street infront of the hotel is awesome.

The environment is great, hygiene is definitely up to par, the TV works perfectly, the air conditioning is nice and cool, and the shower water is hot. The airport pick-up was punctual. There are plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating, always willing to help. She even arranged a car to take me to the airport, which was incredibly thoughtful. It's truly excellent and highly recommended – the best choice for a layover.

I was a great experience to live in that hotel, although the location is no not good due to many street food sellers around there, and the taxi can not reach the hotel, I have to walk for few minutes. The receptionist is very friendly and speaks fluently.

Location Excellent for those who has flights at night. Airport pick Drop Service available. Lots of eating options. A Lanzhou Muslim Restaurant nearby. Owner Lady is Excellent ❤️

I will never come back here again. ❌ The hotel staff were arrogant, sarcastic, and completely indifferent. 😒 They claim to provide international accommodation, but they can’t even communicate in English. 🌍🚫 It was unbelievably difficult, and there was no effort at all to serve guests properly. 😤 They said there was airport pick-up and drop-off service, but instead they told me to find a taxi by myself. 🚕 I had already explained that my Alipay couldn’t be used, it kept getting rejected, but they still looked down on me and underestimated my situation. 💳❌😞 Honestly, I will never stay at this place again. 🙅♀️ It’s the worst of the worst. 👎👎👎 The room smelled terrible and there was no air freshener provided at all. 🤢🛏️

This I think is the nicest hotel in the area for the price. Staff fantastic. Rooms nicely priced and spacious. Free self service laundry on the 4th floor. And electric vehicle pick-up and drop-off at the CAN airport. Nice for extended stays. Will return to this hotel in the future.

First, during check-in, the front desk staff was rude and unapproachable. My fiancé and I were standing directly in front of her while she was on the phone, but she did not acknowledge us at all. She was wearing glasses and did not even look in our direction. After finishing the call, she took our passports and handled them carelessly while scanning. She repeatedly asked if I had a booking, even though I kept confirming that I did and that the booking name matched my passport. She then started chatting with her colleague, once again ignoring both of us. The process took a long time. I also mentioned that we wanted to arrange an airport transfer, but she ignored my request. Even after her colleague left, she continued scanning our passports without much care. She then asked what time our flight was, and I told her it was at 8:55 a.m. the next day. She asked where we were flying to in China, and I explained that we were flying to Australia. She repeated the question, asking again where in China, which left me confused. When I asked what she meant, she whispered, “I am speaking English,” implying that I should understand. She then used her phone to translate and asked if our flight was domestic. I once again explained that we were flying to Australia. She then told us we would be scheduled for a 5:50 a.m. transfer, handed back our passports, and said nothing further. When we entered the room, it was not clean. The bathroom floor was slightly wet, and the room smelled strongly of smoke. As a non-smoker, this was very unpleasant. No complimentary water bottles were given, there were no clean hotel slippers, and used toilet paper was left in the bathroom instead of providing us with a new one. Even the facial tissue smells like smoke and their towels too. Although the hotel is inexpensive, it was not worth it. From the rude front desk service to the dirty room, the overall experience was disappointing. We were too exhausted to complain at the time and were relieved that we stayed for less than 10 hours.

Best I stay more then 10 when I take flight in Gz near to airport, there are so many local shop easy to find food

Good ony for a short stay if you have to catch flight within 24 hours from Baiyun. The hotel provides pick-up & drop-off to T1 & T2. Location is the stealer since night food street & all shops are just downstairs. All operate easily till 2AM. Don't expect super clean rooms & all other amenities.

Good location for overnight transfer flight with hotel free shuttle for pickup and dropoff. The bed is very hard and not soft. The room is dusty and the pickup needs to wait around 30min++and the driver is not friendly and helpful. There is a lot of food to eat outside the hotel after 12am and morning market is nearby for breakfast

Great location, not noisy at all. The night market is right downstairs, making it very convenient to get around. They offer airport shuttle service, and there are seats in the lobby for waiting. Overall, it's pretty good. It would be even better if drinks were provided in the room.
