This is a very good and clean hotel. It is a basic hotel but fitted my needs of a clean room and quiet to sleep. It has a clothes washer and dryer but in Chinese writing (I only speak and read English). However, Mr.Liu from reception was very kind and walked me all the way to the washing machine and showed me how to use it. Mr.Liu was very professional, and his manager and company should be very proud of him for his extrodanary service. He always greeted me with a smile when I entered the hotel, making me feel like home

First of all, it is a clean and modern hotel and the room I had was nice and spacious with a good amount of storage space (the view wasn't too bad either). They also have a robot which brings food deliveries straight to your hotel room which is awesome and very convenient. It saves me having to go downstairs to collect it myself. However there are small things that could be improved. I marked the hotel down for service because on my second day I spilled some food on my douvet cover before I went out to meet a friend. When I returned, I noticed the cleaning lady came and made the bed but didn't actually change the bedding, meaning I slept with dirty bedding for a night. I also marked the hotel down for location. It's not a bad location overrall cause there are lots of shops nearby and you are a 10 minute walk away from a main road with lots of bus connections. However, the subway station is over 20 minutes away by foot. It could be worse but it's too hot to walk that long in Guangzhou. So if you need to take the subway, I would recommend you book a taxi to take you there instead of walking. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel -especially considering the price point. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again if I ever return to Guangzhou.

Comfy clean beds (not rock-hard matrasses), working amenities, friendly and very efficient staff plus a cute robot which brought us delivery. My room got upgraded for free, many thanks! Great value for money, would recommend.

- convenient location: it’s close to many restaurants, shops and night life. even if you choose to stay in, there’s plenty of choices to order from - friendly staff: they’re quite helpful and efficient - clean: everything is really presentable and neat - spacious: i thought my room would be quite tiny but it was really spacious - comfortable: the beds were really comfortable and soft, i had a good rest ☺️

Not recommended for family holiday. Heavy smell of cigarettes in the room and all around the corridor. Front desk staffs are always puzzled and looks over stressed. There is a coffee machine at the lobby offering free coffee, but no one have time to take care of it, no cup, no coffee bean, no water, and full of smelly coffee ground.
