Stay at Wanyi Boutique Wefton Apartment (万艺精品维福顿公寓) for 2 night. A simple room with washing machine in the balcony.
Apartment facing Haizhu Square Subway Station. Come out of Exit F and you face Wanyi Boutique Wefton Apartment which is opposite the park.
Collect the apartment card from a small shop on ground floor before you take lift to your apartment.
From balcony you can see Haizhu Square and Pearl River. Very nice view especially at night.
Location is very near to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street 上下九步行街, Onelink International Plaza, Beijing Road, 高第街, 高第西鞋街.
A very nice dim sum in the same building (虾饺妹粤式手工点心)

Great location where are closed by the MTR station. And are also closed to the Beijing road. Excellent services provided by the night shift front desk girl. Recommended.

The studio unit was ok with the necessary amenities like washing machine, fridge，TV，sofa seating and toiletries. Unfortunately the house keeping was not well maintained. Room was not clean properly especially the bathroom

Would say it’s a disappointment for a not too cheap stay, pay 200HKD more then can go 5 star hotel. Not worth it. Quite old and toilet a bit scary. Slept quite comfortably but alas, not the best experience I’ve had. Not worth 600 HKD

They dont provide amenities as mentioned.
No cooking stove, no refrigerator, no wash machine, no microwave, they delay in serving towels. Wifi is difficult to connect. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Floor is very dirty. Stain ridden bed sheets. Room size is smaller contrary to what is mentioned. In the evning the the reception is on the other way around and very far. They fake many informations. They lock the wardrobs in the room and use only for there personal use. Although the location is good

Its close to the beijing pedestrian street which is a really nice area and the sacred heart cathedral. That's the good news.
Hotel itself was super dirty. The elevators and hallways are covered in dirt and trash.
The room: The couch had holes in the cushions. Furniture was old and damaged. The towels provided had holes in them. The room has a washing machine but no laundry detergent.
Hotel service was okish. I arrived in the evening and the reception office was closed. Had to call them and wait for someone to come back from having dinner.
