前台服務態度賊差，擺臉子給誰看呢，一點都不懂得變通，睡覺又被吵醒，房間又賊吵，出去玩回來時還聽到前台説不要給普通大床房修電視，因為那是普通大床房，得升級房間才能用電視。真的有被無語到

酒店還是挺乾淨衞生的，早上還有早餐，地理環境離萬達兩公里離東滙城一公里，跟前台溝通有房型升級這個服務，然後開的房間好像還是一樣的房型並沒有變化，總體來説還不錯

今年因為工作原因，已經第四次入住。多次選擇這裏的原因是近，下午也恰好可以休息到兩點前再離開。 這次辦理入住時，前台服務員要求看一下攜程訂單（這個在之前三次都沒有），看完之後説是住到次日十二點的，最近因為系統升級，關注華住會公眾號註冊會員可以延遲到下午兩點退房。之前明明都沒有這些要求，而且每次都是可以延遲到下午兩點退房的，這次衹是變相地索要個人訊息的藉口而已。 要求消費者註冊會員衹能説是系統降級了，而不是升級，因為沒有服務到消費者，還減少了延遲退房的服務，更讓消費者需要完成一個繁瑣的註冊程序。 最後選擇衹住到十二點，也不註冊會員。之後還會有在增城的出差，但是因為這個要求不會再選擇這個酒店了。

房間挺好的很滿意，用品很精緻：桔子色款的水煲、抽紙、牙膏… 後面有免費停車場… 服務員也挺貼心的，也很專業。 早餐很豐富…
