住宿環境:酒店簡單翻新沒多久，裝修質量差，被子舊的發黃，電視機又小又老，沒法看！房間有味道，插座都沒固定好，馬桶水很少，沖洗不乾淨，馬桶發黃。過道的地毯臟兮兮，電梯壞的三四天也不見修。
服務態度:開個發票和住宿明細要一個小時，簡單的操作都不懂！開普通發票税點竟然6%，開普通發票税點竟然6%。

為父母預訂，旅遊期間反饋説酒店的衞生極差，屋內有蟲子，父母去四川，廣西，雲南，貴州，等地都是預訂7天品牌旗下就賓館，唯獨在廣州這家店主動給我反饋衞生環境極差，有蟲子，被褥臟
