⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay – No Breakfast Despite “Breakfast Included”
I booked this hotel specifically because the listing clearly stated “breakfast included for 2.” Unfortunately, when we checked in, we were told that the hotel does not serve breakfast at all. There was no explanation, no alternative offered, and no compensation.
It was frustrating to start our mornings having to scramble for food after expecting this basic amenity to be provided. The lack of communication and mismatch between the booking information and reality felt very unprofessional.
The rest of the stay was okay—clean room, decent location—but the missing breakfast and the staff’s indifferent attitude definitely left a negative impression

The shower was broke so inadequate water supply.
I asked for WiFi but no one seems to be have cared to come and provide me with a connection and my package included breakfast but no response or anything from the hotel authorities.
